Recently found out I have an account with this company, tried to delete it but no options available, spoke to their customer service agent on live chat who said they don’t know how to do this and they only deal with ticket purchases, then told me to call a number but told they will only deal with ticket purchases too. No option available to delete account or option to speak to anyone who can help!! Ridiculous

Every few months I have to send a message to attorney, reminding him that I am waiting and he is just giving me an excuse and does nothing. Worst experience ever. Absolute scam. They claim you will have your tickets the day before but you don’t. They just take your money and delay delay delay. Don’t trust the lower prices and avoid them at all costs. Submitting complaint to FTC to have them removed from being able to charge US citizens. What an absolute joke, and scammers. Again DO NOT purchase from them. They are scammers!
