Experiences from Muathaistuff.com

I bought Muay Thai equipment from the website many times. I found out that the products on the website are good with varieties choices. Customer service is faster with good consulting & care in 2021 than before. I believe that the website since 2003 not playing it for fun.

Don't waist your time or money!!!!

Just came across this and thought id give my opinion...
Terrible customer service.... also heir stuff is over priced compered to other websites in Thailand... it seems to me that they dont actually have any of the stuff they say they sell.. they get an order, then go to a shop buy it and ship it, making a little profit in the middle. If they dont find what you ordered (not in stock) pitch a tent, and take a vacation because you will be waiting at least 6 to 8 weeks with countless non answered queries. i ordered 2 pairs of shin guards, one for me and one for my lady, they only sent 1 pair... and then the other pair arrived over 6 weeks later, covered in some crap that looked like glue. There are far far better websites based in thailand that are cheaper and much more reliable that muay thai stuff!!!! not worth the risk.

worst rip off ever

ordered a pair of gloves... did not receive them and they don't respond to emails. Worst service I have ever received. wish i had checked their ratings before I ordered . but had ordered in the past and even though it took forever to arrive I received my gloves.but it seems the site is no longer reliable. If anything changes i will post an updated review.
update: checked site and status now showing shipping id number . still no reply to my many emails over the past 45 days . but I will update again if I receive them ...
last update : ok i have received the gloves and they are smaller than all of our other twins 10oz gloves .. it says 10oz on them but they fit my 4 year old better than my husband who has been boxing for over 20 years and has gone thru his share of twins specials.! I'm tired of writing to them with no response, I will order the same gloves from another site. :(

very bad experience

very bad experience
the first 2 times I ordered from this website was good, the order was a little bit delayed but I got it eventually.

I made a new order like 1.5 months now and it still hasn't arrived and the problem is that I can't even access my account on their website after they updated it and no one is answering the support e-mail.
i hope that the company contacts me to clarify if there is any mixup.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I ordered a pair of glove. 1 month after they were not shipped. Tried to contact many times they ignored every mail. I have to fill a PayPal Claims. Avoid at all cost.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. I ordered stuff with express delivery, waited 2 weeks and sent them an email. Had to wait for a reply over a week. When i sent another email asking more about my stuff, they didnt reply at all. It took a total of 6 weeks to get my stuff.

I ordered Shins and Gloves for over…

I ordered Shins and Gloves for over $300 USD back at the start of July.

I emailed them mid July to find out when my order would be shipped, they advised they were waiting on the shins to arrive.

I have emailed them 3 times now asking what’s going on with my order, no response.... it’s now August, 1 month later!!

They do not care for their customers, take your money and run!!

I’m about to dispute my credit card payment!

Really frustrated Australian!!!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Greedy - Don't care about satisfied customers - only want your money.

I do the order and pay, and after they tell me to buy another product cus the product I buyed is not existing. I ask to get my money back since the shorts is not existing and I feel like the customer service can't help me with a solution. At last they persuade me to pick other shorts and confuses me about the sizes and make me pick wrong size (on purpose(?) So I had to choose other shorts (very dissapointing) and now wrong size too! No compensation for their mistakes.

I spent over 200$ and can't use anything because the "customer service" mislead me regarding the sizes. I told how many kg I am and my waist in cm and I should have ordered M (like I did in the first place) but the customer service told me to order XXL so now the products are just laying here, can't use anything. Same with the gloves and the rest of the products. I am very dissapointed and will never buy from them again.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival & Refunds

The reason i gave this company a one star and honestly would have given it a zero starts if possible was due to their horrible customer service, i will see if i can explain this situation shorthanded version. I ordered shin guards delivered pretty quickly on 9/8/16 but here is where the fun begins, items came severely damaged from the UPS carrier from Thailand; first off the shipper should have packed the items (especially leather) in a bubble wrap type to give it another layer of protection from the outer pkg, which leads to why the shin guards were damaged to begin with. I then contacted the shipper via email, took the company 2-3 business days to respond, i then sent another email with further details of damaged items (pics) and requested a full refund as i had this shipped from another Thai supplier during this time. So during this time the company and i are sending various emails in-between, which one of them stated the supplier would like to resend the items to resolve the issue; which i previously clarified in three emails for a refund. Fast forward to present which as you can see the timelines from 9/8/16 to 10/11/16 how long i finally got my refund credited to my Paypal acct, if anything please when buying overseas or pretty much anything Paypal is your best middle-man friend; without them i would most likely would have not gotten my full refund and been even more bitter, i had the claim escalated from Paypal to receive the refund amount. I will leave this caveat to the readers here, this company is good if you receive your items in perfect condition; just beware of my experience on the damaged items and getting your refund, it has not been the best customer experience from buying from Thailand or anywhere else thank God i used Paypal.

P.S. if you want to buy good reliable MuayThai brand products from there pls use either Muaythaifighting.com or Muaythaifactory.com, their customer service is way better, same shipping cost's/time and they pack your stuff in bubble wraps to protect it..
