Replied to my messeges quickly and delivery was also very fast

The products were great and my cousin and his wife loved them. The only issue I had was not being able to find Dewsbury in the list of cities when putting in address, luckily it was more convenient for me to send it to Newcastle rather than my own address.

My order arrived quickly and in a well sealed box. The Mubarak London box itself was beautifully sealed with a bow. The gifts inside were of a really high quality and well presented. It makes a very special gift and is lovely to open.

I cannot fault this company, nor service, nor product. Absolutely amazing. The team members truly helped me with my bespoke gift. I had no real idea of what exactly I had wanted, just knew it had to be perfect, and knew what kind of person the giftee was. I contacted Mubarak London, received an email back instantly with questions to answer about the person i wanted to gift it to. Few emails later perfecting the gift ,and asking for the gift to arrive no later than the 21st. I was truly impressed not only did it arrive on 21st (the day of the birthday) but absolutely stunned at how gorgeous the gift was. Specifically the personalised Tasbih. I did not imagine it to look how it looked, i thought it would be light, maybe something you could get at the Islamic stores round the corner but this was honestly a stunning piece !! it was heavy and strong, the personalisation was so beautiful, the little silver detail between the red beads BEAUTIFUL, and the Allah Pendant/Medallion really pulled it all together. It is now proudly hanging in his car for everyone to admire, and appreciate . Thankyou for all this. I will definitely be back for more !

I have had 2 Mubarak boxes and both have been perfect gifts that delighted the recipients. The
Products look and taste and feel luxurious. All The branding is spot on.

My only criticism was that one of the fudge packets had actually already gone off and spores of mould could be seen on them. Ordinarily that would be great cause for complaint but the other products were so numerous and delicious and luxurious that it didn't matter to us at all.

You really are the best in the market and pray you immense global success. I pray that Allah keeps your hearts soft and charitable and with every great financial success you continue to give more and more to those in need here in the uk and abroad. Amin. God bless.

The delivery was on time and the product was as I expected

There are many Islamic business available selling a varied selection of merchandise but Mubarak London stands out. I made the purchase of the 'Salaam Handsome' mug set for my fiancé's birthday and both he and I couldn't have been more happier! He loved the mug, the quality and the gifts that came with it. The delivery was right on time and for the price it is totally worth it. There's a lot left that that I still want to get my hands on but I hope you guys have a lot more up your sleeves in sha Allah.

Beautiful items packaged wonderfully! Wish it included a little more for the money i paid. Maybe even a personal touch with some teabags or luxury biccies :)

I recently got some gifts from ML and I must say after discussing the problem with them which was a damaged gift box they were very helpful and responded immediately. Really appreciate the effort of getting my gift hand delivered personally, thank you ML. I was planning to send someone special a special gift when I decided to check out Mubarak london, as I had seen thier advert on islam channel before. But My God! It was beyond my expectations. U can see a great product anywhere, but i found the product ideas n the way they were presented to be unique.

I got the "Enchanted" product. A beautiful, sacred product with a touch of class!! Beyond my imagination.

I sent the product to africa, and Mubarak London delivered it without any problem, showing execellent customer service all through.

Lovely items that were customised as a gift for a baby shower. Unfortunately there classic baby box was out of stock so missed out on the onesie and bib which was a shame. Though the teddy was missed out of the box, they rectified the issue quickly & also gave a bag of truffles to apologise. Really good service!

The website's offerings are unique and well thought out. The time arrived on time, as promised, which was important as it was time sensitive gift. The presentation and packaging of the gift box I ordered was fantastic and it really added an element of grandeur to the gift.

Product was beautiful and delivery service was also informative but mislead me on delivery day; said the package would be delayed till the evening but was already delivered in the morning and I had no knowledge as it was being delivered to another address
