I don't understand the negative values

I don't understand the negative values, I am there for years (never wanted an abo) and I like it. Easy, user friendly platform, flexible options. Never needed to contact any call center.

The data is not 4G but LTE - very slow

I changed to Mucho to have more data in CH and on roaming, but it turns out the connectivity is not 4G but LTE which is the previous version of 4G, so extremely slow for today's standards. I changed to Mucho only a week ago and I'm going to cancel my subscription ASAP. The information regarding LTE is, of course, never communicated to the customer when signing the contract. The customer service replies a bluff saying that LTE is the same as 4G, but no comments as to the slow speed and why.

As for the internet speed, it is mentioned in full transparency on our website (sales pages, factsheet and general sales conditions).

Thanks to all those who gave the review, after reading the reviews, I decided to not go with this company the main reason for this is UNLIMITED, the company seems to be cheating if they limit the access to 35GB and charge additionally for usage. This is not fair and is a malpractice.

Good afternoon I'm here to give my opinion about Mucho Mobile and I have to say that it's the worst mobile network I've ever tried. I've lived in some different oaises with mobile networks a little bad, but like MUCHO MOBILE I've never seen the one: They are liars because they say they have unlimited internet in Switzerland up to 15g haut debit, LIE From 15G the internet doesn't even work either. I paid 24.90chf for the duoswiss, in less than a month I already buy 70chf to have data and I just spent 44G until now.
Conclusion :
IDO NOT RECOMMEND MUCHO MOBILE.THEY ARE LAYERS.

Hello Rui Silva, we are sorry to hear that our mobile service did not meet your expectations. However, you are making accusations about MUCHO being a liar which are totally wrong. As indicated on the website or any other sales support, our DUOSWISS prepaid pack allows you to have unlimited internet by including 15GB of internet data in Top Speed, then an unlimited amount of data at a maximum speed of 256 kbps. The amount of internet data is therefore displayed in full transparency. In case of overflow or if you need more data you have the possibility to buy an additional internet data pack.

60 day notice period = basically a hidden fee

(See update at the end) Hidden fee: you need to register an end to a contract 60 days in advance. That info is hidden in the terms and conditions. So you either pay two more months or you can end a subscription on the spot, that costs 150CHF. Ok costumer service. And yes unlimited only means +-30gb a month.

Also: you can only end a subscription by calling?

Update: Costumer service gave an update: they did not charge the 60 days end, so I am happy

Update 2: They charged me the full amount anyway 40CHF, two months after canceling

PREPAID

PREPAID: Worked for some months with the straight-forward SIM delivery and pack activation. Website advertises: "Activate or pause your prepaid package whenever you want!" but there is actually no function in myMUCHO to pause. When I opted instead to not top-up to purchase the pack, MUCHO continued to withdraw from my credit under the description "Charge" (no calls or data) until my account was drained completely. I could find no further information or any terms of conditions that explained the charges. So the cockpit myMUCHO has its shortcomings; also, notably, the Transactions History does not exceed "Last 3 months", so I cannot see all my transaction history. With these simple fixes, MUCHO could be a great option for students or professionals based temporarily in Switzerland.

To do so, you must remove the automatic renewal, otherwise the renewal of your pack continues to be renewed directly on your credit card or mobile credit depending on your situation. JUST DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM MUHCO

JUST DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM MUCHO. I have the unlimited package for 20CHF but the internet data it actually is not unlimited. It's only about 35gb, which is when they send you a message saying they will reduce your speed and charge you the standard price (49.90CHF) if you continue to use it. It's just a big lie when they say it's unlimited. At the end, it's better to pay to a larger and more expensive company because you will find yourself paying to get additional internet data. That's why they apparently are so cheap (because you will pay much more than 20CHF per month).

Dreadful

Dreadful, almost non existent mobile coverage in central Zurich. Dreadful, almost non existent coverage in Portugal despite buying the appropriate package in advance. Dreadful, almost non existent customer service - never even received a reply.

Is not unlimited, they just give you up to 35 gb to navigate, then they threaten you to charge you more.

Can not be trusted.

They have advertised that CHF 20 for unlimited internet, calls and sms. I could not find fineprint of use. Yesterday I put youtube music for whole day and Today I received sms that usage is more than 90% swiss customers and they will ask me to pay 50 CHF full price. I regret for choosing them and also regret for paying hefty activation fee. biggest mistake. Wont recommend.

Excessive usage may result in data throughput restrictions or immediate termination of promotional rates in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Opaque pricing

They can block SIM without prior notification in case you haven't used it as much in way they like, as an option to reactivate SIM you have to buy voucher for 20 CHF at some kiosk, cos your account blocked as well, and they simply don't provide option to pay it online.
After all mentioned, you'll get a notice that your remaining credit is lost.

UPD
I've sent feedback to their support, and they confirmed - something went wrong with way and sequence of notifications, so they return my previous credit balance. I give for this +2 stars, they care, me too.

Worst mobile phone provider I dealt…

Worst mobile phone provider I have dealt with. SIM card is set to expired state without a prior warning. They demand a 20 CHF reactivation fee without any kind of service in return. Furthermore, after 60 days without purchasing any of the overpriced packages, they deactivate the SIM card again (unable to contact support by phone, unable to login into MyMucho, etc) without prior notice!
