Han hecho una mudanza en dos fases para mi madre, con varios meses de guardamuebles. Cobraron una cantidad bastante elevada por un seguro, tanto en el transporte al guardamuebles como a la casa. Llegaron algunas cajas dañadas y le reclamamos la póliza del seguro, ya que habíamos pagado dichas cantidades. Despues de varios butofax devueltos por "desconocido", nos envía una póliza general, contratada a posteriori por un importe infinitamente más bajo, donde el nombre de mi madre o la fecha de la mudanza no aparece por ninguna parte. No se hace cargo de los objetos dañados alegando que habían sido embalados por nosotras. Pero tampoco aporta la póliza correspondiente a nuestro pago. No es nada recomendable.
