Orders the buy two get one free and the free one was the small size and color of their choice. On top of that information about shipping is all a lie. They give me an Amazon tracking number but Amazon has no knowledge of a shipment in my name, I paid for Fed-Ex express but no one knows where the order is. I called twice and can barely understand the people I’m talking with. Both times static got so bad the call dropped. Stay away from the Muddy Mats website.

Our dog (Durrango) and our cat ( Rabbit) are so happy with their Muddy Mat beds that I can hardly stop enjoying them as they run to their beds all day long! Both our fur babies took to them instantly and they both sleep in them all night long, in fact we bought two for Durrango because he hangs out in his Muddy Mat on our sofa during the day and sleeps next to his dad in his other Muddy Mat bed at night! I had to buy him two. When we go camping soon we will be carrying them with us so they will be happy campers!

We love the muddy mats. We have a dirt driveway and live near woods. The muddy mat picks up all the dirt as we and our dogs come inside so we have them at all our entries. They are so easy to shake off and wash easily. We have one in our car back seat for our dog and it does not slide around and is comfy for her. And we also put one in our dog' s crate and one under her dog dishes.

This is a dogs dream. My chihuahua loves it. My baby feels safe and secure. The quality is beautiful and looks amazing in our home.

I purchased the muddy mat large dog bed. I have a 97 lb golden doodle who absolutely loves it. However he has to complete with the cat who loves it too. She steals it from him daily. Lol

I am a repeat customer. This time I had purchased the indoor and outdoor mats for my sister and brother-in-law. The large indoor mat was delivered, but not the small indoor mat or the outdoor mat. I contacted customer service, they had me take a photo of the mat received and replaced the items not previously received. Great products and good service!

I ordered several Muddy Mats and we love them. From the smaller size to the 🐕 dog (large) we haven't had a mess in the house in several months. We bought a bed and the kids actually love them as a comfy place to watch videos!! We keep one in the bathroom as a bathroom and it's great and safe because it's got a rubberized bottom. Sure makes it safe! We'll get more when the next sale comes up. We love Muddy Mats!!

I received a very prompt response to a question about what tape to use to secure the mat to carpet. I have already ordered the tape.

I really like Muddy Mat! I placed it outside my entry door (the space between my entry door and the floor was too low to place it there) and it has really cut down on the dirt and debris that cones in! I am going to buy more Muddy Mats to place throughout my house! This is a GREAT product!!!!

After I ordered my Muddy Matt Dog Bed, I noticed the address it was going to was an old address I no longer live at and is in another State. The staff returned my voicemail and she edited the address to the correct one so I can receive my New dog bed.

This mat sucks!!! Do not buy. We have two large dogs and it does not trap dirt, etc.

What made this product great is that my dogs are on them all the time. They are so comfortable that they fall asleep as soon as they get on it.

This is a true company that cares about the quality of its product. I truly thank them for helping me. I have 5 of their mats and I love them. I will get a dog one day but I love the mats.

Over the many years of owning dogs and, in general, looking for a door mat or rug to keep the wet, mud, and snow outside instead of on my floors, I have tried several so-called absorbent mats, rugs, etc.
The first thing about Muddy Mats that is different is their actual no-slip backing. I mean, my Rottweilers have really done their best at testing the limits of "no slip," and these mats, the outdoor and indoor rug type, have not budged an inch. They stay exactly where you put them, no tripping on bunched-up mats or rugs because the cat just did zoomies or the dog ran by at mach speed.
Second, the outdoor mat traps all the dirt, dust, and grime under the top mesh type layer; no water is getting through this, period. To clean it, just flip it over and tap; all that dirt just falls right out. You can also take it out on the driveway and hose it off if it gets too dirty. The indoor rug type mat is so absorbent, one pass over this and paws are clean and dry, we never have wet or dirty paw prints on our hardwood floors, never. And of course, these work for human shoes too!
I have 3 of the outdoor mats for in front of the doors, and 2 indoor rug/mats and a 6-foot runner mat in the hall by the front door. They all work great and keep my floors pawprint-free and dry.
The indoor mats are machine washable and dry on medium to low heat to keep the non-slip backing from being damaged. These will last you for years and are well worth the money.
I take mine outside and shake them out before washing because you won't believe the amount of dirt that is trapped in them. They are thick, durable, and come in many sizes and colors. I even take one with me for my service dog to lie on when we are out and about, so he's not on the hard floor all the time.
I have purchased several of both types of mats and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a good entrance rug/mat or welcome mat, no matter if you have pets or not, they are great.

These are the BEST BEDS EVER!! I have 3 large beds and my dogs love them. They are easy to clean and they stay fluffy all day. I’m sorry I wasted my money on other beds. Once you have these beds you can NEVER go back. I’m a customer for life since I will always have multiple dogs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My picky mini bull terrier always 'tolerated' every bed I ever bought her, now she doesn't want to leave this one. She nested into it almost immediately and sleeps soundly through the night
