Very Madarchod company, made me deposit inr for USDT at 95 INR and Reject the EED their nonsense process to scam people. Don't ever use this scam exchange they will never let you withdraw crypto to other wallets.

They stuck my usdt . I have submitted due diligence form and waited for 3 day for my crypto withdrawal approval but after three days they rejected my form and then I go to help and support section to ask the reason for the rejection of form they say we can not tell the reason and you can not re submit the form and details . Now my whole money is stuck and only bank withdrawal is open and their the app is showing very low rate of usdt to inr on which I bought on a high and now my money is just stuck on the app their is no support team nothing worst ever app I have used stay away from mudrex never use it such a scamming App .

I prefer to stay away. You will start your purchase with a red because they never deliver your order at market price. You will start losing the moment you click on that buy button because purchase price will always be higher than the current market rate. This is a typical scam done by most scammy indian exchanges who thinks that everyone is a idiot.

They do the same while selling your assest and always execute your order at lower rates in comparison to current market price

This way you will always lose your money whether you sell or buy and they will always make money at your risk.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Mudrex. They portray themselves as a trusted platform, but in reality, they cheat people and trap them into losing their hard-earned money. The platform creates an illusion of safety and profits, but once funds are deposited, they become extremely difficult or even impossible to withdraw. Customer support provides vague responses and does nothing to resolve genuine issues.

Many users, including myself, feel misled and scammed. The so-called “investment opportunities” appear to be a way to take money rather than help users grow it. I strongly urge others to stay away from Mudrex and protect their savings. There are far more reliable and transparent alternatives in the market.

Worst App, when ever we deposit crypto they will take to transfer back to wallet 5-8 working days. Customer support response is very bad.

It was okay. Speed is slow. UI lags but support response was good. would recommend if you are a trader.

While depositing they charge service fee and while withdrawal, they again charge huge fee which is unacceptable. (For example, if I deposit 50K they are charging around 250 INR and if I withdraw that 50K back they are further deducting around 2500 INR)
Even if the customer is at a loss it does matter to these companies, they just want money, hence I have opted for a different Cryptocurrency app & would not recommend this app at all.

I CAME UP FOR CHEAP USDT BUY THERE BUT GUESS WHAT HAPPENED AFTER PURCHASING THERE IS LOT OF WALLS TO INTERRUPT YOU TO MOVE YOUR ASSETS AFTER DOING LONG 2 HOUS VERIFICATION EVEN, THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND THESE GUYS FIRST HAVE THAT USDT AT 87.5 CHEAP WHEN I FOUND THERE IS NO WAY TO MOVE YOUR ASSET TO OTHER SHOWING 14 DAYS COOLING PERIOD COMPLETE TIME WASTE THEN EVEN THEIR DUE DILIGENT VERIFICATION FORM WAS CONSTANT LOADING NOTHING GOES NEXT, TRYING MULTIPLE TIME FELT STUCK, I DECIDED TO WITHDRAW MY FUND, WHAT WAS ON THE EXIT DOO MUDREX 10% FEES, BANK WITHDRAWL 10% FEES , TDS OBVIOUS GOVT OF INDIA THAT IS MANDATORY AND MUCH MORE IT FELT LIKED SCAMMED, OTHER EXCHANGES FAR FAR BETTER, COMPLETELY BOYCOTT THIS INDIAN VERSION.

Scam app never use it, i have downloaded this fraud app after seeing an ad on YT but after depositing my money it already started unnecessary deductions, plus each time while you invest app will charge 0.25 from your usdt balance as fee but when you invest big it becomes a significantly huge number so it doesn't matter if you make profit or not because this fraud app has already ate your balance in terms of platform fee, and their prediction after prices and wrong too I've invested for 3 days not gained in bitcoin a single rupee it's totally scam, even when you withdraw they'll again charge 4 rupees and extra TDS+gst, please avoid using such fraud investment apps

I deposited ₹500 in the Mudrex app on March 6, 2025. When I tried to withdraw USDT, they locked it for 17 days. Today, when the lock was lifted, I attempted to withdraw, but they imposed ridiculously high fees.

On top of that, they force users to go through PAN verification and video verification, claiming it’s for security. But even after completing all the verifications, they blatantly cancel the request, saying it's an "Invalid Process."

Later, I tried withdrawing to my bank, but there’s no guarantee it will even go through. Indian crypto exchanges are nothing but scams! They have no proper regulations, just a scheme to loot people's money.

I deposited ₹500, and when I tried withdrawing, they said only ₹460 would be transferred to my bank. Avoid all Indian crypto exchanges—only use Binance, the only legit platform. Everything else is a trap!

Also, don’t trust their high ratings (4+ stars) on app stores—they pay people for fake reviews to appear legit. Stay away from these scam apps!

Mudrex is an Absoluter Cheater App for Crypto. To withdraw your own money they are charging 1% in withdrawal Fees plus 18% gst and also 1% TDS plus 18% Gst. I have not made any gains nor made any profit, Just deposited my money and When I tried to withdraw 5000 rupees they charged 288 rupees. Such Rogue company mudrex is. Dont use this Crypto trading App. Boycott this App.

My account was not approved without any valid reasons. Additionally, you are not allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter, and they continue to spam you.

Constantly sending spam and customer support won't allow for account deactivation without logging in first, but to log in you need to provide a LOT of sensitive information. I don't trust this app with my email anymore, and it wants more data.

There's nothing I can do. Unsubscribe links in their emails lead to a dummy page that does nothing. Support won't help. They daily spam my inbox and have my data hostage, without an option to just delete the account.

Always executes order in different prices with an excuse of market volatility. But every time its you who will end up losing money. Better refrain from using this app

What’s worse is their abysmal customer support. They couldn’t care less about your money being at risk. Instead of resolving issues, they’ll bombard you with absurd excuses for failed orders, deposit/withdrawal errors, or technical glitches.

The app’s flaws in F&O trading are downright predatory. Stop losses? Forget it. They won’t trigger when needed, and profitable orders mysteriously fail to execute, bleeding your portfolio dry. When you finally reach out for help, their support team casually demands 15 days to even *review* a ticket, an insultingly unrealistic timeline. I’m convinced their managers are either lethargic or outright negligent, ignoring both customer concerns and basic quality checks.

When I tried to withdraw my money, I encountered a message saying that my country is not supported, even though I am based in the EU. Surprisingly, when they wanted to take my money, they didn’t mention this issue. I was then instructed to contact support. When I reached out, I received an automated response claiming that it takes time to process withdrawal requests, even though I hadn't been given the option to withdraw in the first place. I told them that their response was nonsensical and clearly machine-generated, but I received the same message again. I’m surprised that YC has backed such a questionable company.

Mudrex have (accidentally?) blocked the entire UK from accessing their services for over a week. I have lost access to over $5k of investment and the support team have told me it's "been escalated" and to wait for an update. I'd hate to see how long it takes to fix a non-critical issue.
