I received wrong parts for the closet…

I received wrong parts for the closet that I had ordered. It looks very similar but with these parts it was not possible to mount the closet correctly. Since I had been waiting quite a while for it to arrive, I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it. The end result looks the same but the parts are not connected properly. It looks good it just feels a bit unsafe. The quality is decent for the price

Terrible

Nice looking design, TERRIBLE quality. Unfortunately I only realised after assembling the pieces, the wood is crappy and the pieces don’t really fit together well, everything is wonky. Looks over quality I’m afraid

Do not buy from LUFE

Ordered 2 cabinets. First they came without the hardware (screws etc.) . After +1 week Lufe finally sent it only for us to realize they had also sent the wrong parts (cabinet sides were for another cabinet). 2 more weeks waiting for this. Result: +1 month and I still don't have the cabinets I paid, quite expensively, for.
Lufe refuses to make any type of compensation in this situation.

not good.

Uff, unfortunately, not a good experience.
I ordered a bed frame and mattress from LUFE, and the furniture arrived damaged. Some boxes were already opened, and it was clear that a few had even been stepped on (!!).

I had also specifically requested (and paid for) a varnished bed, but only the visible parts were varnished, which makes absolutely no sense to me, though apparently this is standard practice for them.

Customer support was responsive, which is why I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I returned everything and got a refund after about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
