Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, I ordered a phone case weeks and weeks ago and had emailed about 5 times asking where it is and they only came back to tell me to track my order! Absolutely usesless. I then left it a few more weeks and then emailed them again and they then told me it had been lost and refunded me!! Absolute scam and a terrible company- do not order from here I don’t recommend at all.

What ever you do don’t use this company they are called Mugba for a reason they Mug u off take your money and you don’t receive the items you ordered, I paid £53 for a drone on the 24/04/20 and it’s now 02/06/20 and I still haven’t received it they gave me a rubbish story saying it takes 20-25 days to receive my item and that doesn’t include weekends due too the corona virus the items has to be in quarantine for 2 weeks I can’t believe how stupid I was to believe that and then after loads of emails i sent them they replied saying it will take up to 30-35 days to be delivered, and then after a few more emails I sent them they replied back which was the last email off them saying it has now left China and flying to my country that was 5 days ago what ever you do if you see something that’s too good too be true it probably isn’t.

If I could I would leave a zero rating . I ordered a portable oxygen concentrator tank back in April to assist a family member who is struggling with breathing problems.
The moment I got the email that my order would be updated for the delivery day I knew something was wrong.
I then looked at the reviews, in hindsight I should have done it before I ordered and how right everyone is.
I have yet to receive the product, and my tracking number shows it in Singapore since the beginning of the month.
Last week I asked for a refund and I have yet to hear back.
Do not buy anything this company should be investigated.
I am now looking at how I can escalate this via a governing body.
How google allows it and their search engine brings this company up when you look for the tank is pure negligence from their end, and I will complaining to the ad well.

Ordered a birthday present for my daughter. I ordered 7 days before the date. I received notification the parcel had been despatched but I could change the carrier if I was unhappy? Then the invoice arrived for import duties and a handling fee adding 25% to the cost of the goods. Needless to say it's two weeks after the birthday and still no present. Simply not impressed and will not be using Mugba again. I hope the quality of the goods is better than the service.
Update, the parcel arrived, the toy works and the quality is not bad. Still would not place another order though

Totally appalling service. Ordered item on 16 January and still waiting for it today on 10 March. They have responded to only some of my emails with excuses and always several days later. I've asked for a refund but they haven't replied at all. I urge you not to order from this company.

This is one of the worse company to order. I have ordered a small item Finger print padlock) and said up to 2-3 weeks after placing the order. It's been 10 weeks now I still dont have the item. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have wrote them an email asking about the item and they have told me cause of Chinise new year thats why its a delay. What it got to do with Chinise new year. Are chinise people making the padlock every new year? What a joke. Stay away from Mugba.. It's your choice anyway.

The most appalling customer services. They do not respond to emails, or provide confirmation of your order details, so tracking your order is not possible. Most of the items advertised can be found on other sites for much less, in short - Dreadful!

I bought a watchbox as a Xmas present for my husband last month. The description said it was made of wood, & was "exquisite". When it arrived it was obviously not wood, just some cheap plastic that looked like wood stuck over a box! What a disappointment!
There were marks on it, & other areas looked as if it had been damaged in transit. The plastic coating was peeling away on one corner.
I wrote saying how disappointed I was, & that I'd like a refund nearly 3 weeks ago, but have heard nothing back. I'd be interested to know if anyone has managed to get a refund from them.
I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before I bought it.

Absolutely appalling service. Ships from China but states on the website under customer care that they’re based in Bristol. Wanting to return a product as it’s absolutely shocking quality and not worth a single penny of my hard earned cash, for them to advise I need to return to CHINA and cover the costs of shipping myself.
Baring in mind I have another parcel I’m still waiting for after 2 weeks of ordering and going to want to return that too, so will have to cover the cost of postage again.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Customer care are no help, do not respond to emails. Going to take up further with Ombudsman.

I ordered a phone case on the 6th of december and got an email to say it had been shipped on the 11th. It has now been four weeks and nothing has arrived. I have emailed them and of course no reply. Also my tracking number does not work which is extremely annoying. I need my phone case and I have had to buy another one. Complete waste of money. Do not order from mugba.

Mugbo is a scam, avoid the company.
Do not order from this company! I ordered something under the impression that it would ship from the UK, and that it would arrive within 1 week. After paying, I was redirected and it became apparent that the item would in fact ship from China, and could take 4-6 weeks as well as a further payment at customs.
I of course immediately tried to cancel the order, however there is no clear way of doing so. Mugbo states that you only have 30 minutes (!) from the time of ordering to cancel, and you have to email them if you'd like to cancel. I emailed multiple times and did not receive any response, so I have eventually got the money refunded through my bank as they recognised that it seemed like a scam.
If you order from Mugbo without realising this, I urge you to not waste time and contact your bank to get a chargeback. I have never fallen for this type of thing before, and am usually very careful. However I was drawn to a Christmas bargain and it backfired.

Recently purchased with this company. Item has never arrived. In fact tell a lie, it did arrive. To someone else... in Colchester!! How the hell can my parcel with my tracking ID end up the opposite end of the country? No communication back from my emails requesting help or information either.
Have requested a refund, so far nothing heard back from them (surprise surprise) and no telephone number to contact their customer services on (which is a joke in itself as there is no customer service). Their website states: “we’re passionate about looking after our customers. If you have a problem, we’ll do everything we can to fix it, if you have any questions, we’ll answer them. We’re here to provide and to help, so do please be in touch.” uhuh...
Disgusting that a ‘company’ can get away with this in this day and age. I have referred the matter to Trading Standards and CAB. Don’t waste your money on these scammers.
**EDIT** Within an hour of this review, they have emailed to state I was given a wrong tracking ID, however the dates of dispatch are recent, so it would suggest someone has since fixed earlier mistakes, which is somewhat appreciated. Still will not get what was to be a present by Christmas, which has ruined our plans - ordered 24th November and due to arrive by 05th Jan...! We shall see if it even turns up! Not convinced just yet!
** EDIT ** parcel finally turned up yesterday 31st December... kinda useless now as had to buy a replacement present ready for Xmas (which of course cost more than it did on here) but I guess this one can be sold on EBay to get my money back... needless to say will not use this company again but at least I got what I paid for eventually.
