Muhimbi provides software apps that can easily be used in MS Power Automate (including with SharePoint, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams). My favorite feature is their Merge document feature which is very useful in power automate flows. I had some issues incorporating Muhimbi into my flows because I am self-taught with Power Automate and had errors. Preetam was very quick to respond, schedule a screen share, and was very dedicated to solving my issue. He was knowledge, friendly and quick to respond, even with me being on a free version. Very much appreciate this product and the team's service. Highly recommend (US Customer)

Muhimbi provides excellent assistance during product selection and (post)installation of PDF Converter for SharePoint Online.

Have been using the Muhimbi PDF converter for a few years now, and it's something I never have to think about since it's always working as expected.

Clavin is a technical genius at his craft in helping to explain what went wrong in my flow. He is super responsive and was extremely flexible with me during the call. He set up screen share with me within a matter of minutes of my initial inquiry to help troubleshoot a technical issue. The issue is now fixed and I am extremely pleased with his service!

I enjoy this product very much. Even with a free license, I am able to do use it in a lot of my Power Automate Workflows. It helps address some of the lacking functionalities in Power Automate.

We have been building Flows in MS Power Automate to improve our document management process around controlled docs - the Muhimbi watermarking and pdf conversion service is key to our automation processes.
While preparing for UAT and go-live, our Muhimbi service stopped working due to changes we'd initiated to our subscription. Once we narrowed down the cause of the issue, Clavin jumped on a zoom call, helped us reconfigure our subscription settings and made sure all of the flows were working again.
