Excellent delivery, full marks.
The delivery was on the dot of the arranged time. Toby, the delivery man, carried the mobility scooter into the house and gave a perfect presentation of to use the scooter, including folding and battery charging.Toby had to arrange for a technician to visit to correct a control item that had been requested when purchasing the scooter.

Right from the beginning of purchasing a mobility scooter we were so pleased we chose muick Sandy the scooter is brilliant and easy to manoeuvre.they are not the cheapest but you get first class service especially Lewis and.Alan Turnbull who delivered the scooter and setting up everything for 2 elderly people

First class customer service in all respects
After going on line to check on all suppliers of Carbon Fibre mobility scooters and after a first class demonstration by Paul of MuickSandy, I purchased the F1 scooter. After what I thought would be a short term medical problem turned into a long term problem, I
needed to cancel the order. I was fortunate enough to
speak to Megan Lyle a Customer Relations Executive
who after I explained my situation with care and understanding agreed to cancel the order and arrange
an immediate refund, which she did. This lady is a credit to MuickSandy. If you are in the market for a Mobility

I have been most impressed by the Customer Service
I have been most impressed by the rapidity of the Muick Sandy Customer Service. Any email I sent was answered immediately. The delivery of my R1 scooter was on time and the guy who delivered it was OK and gave me a test drive. He was, however, in a hurry with a long drive ahead of him so tended to do things himself rather than showing me how to do them and letting me do them myself. I am 88 so I did not remember all he said and needed to do everything myself for it to sink in.
