I ordered a robotic puppy from Mulade. Product is not “realistic” at all, as advertised, or shown in multiple videos. Just a cheap toy with a repetitive, annoying bark. The product supposedly has a satisfaction guarantee. However, when you contact them, you are given an extensive list of shipping requirements, including that you use one of the higher end mailing companies and ship your product to Asia (in spite of the fact that is shipped from with the US). They know most people will not do this. I did not verify the cost but would assume it’s probably equal to or more than the product itself. Instead, they offer you a 15% refund. So now I’m out $50 for a toy I wouldn’t even donate, knowing it would drive any parent insane within 5 minutes. Avoid this company at all costs!

Mulade is a lying scam times 100.
They show a robot dog that looks realistic. Do NOT, NOT, NOT buy this Chinese garbage. They sent me a cheap toy that sells for $2 on Amazon.
When we asked them for a refund, even though I paid $45 they refunded me 10% or $4.50. Run away from this type of garbage.

WTF ! Total Junk nothing like shown how on earth do these people get away with false advertising . Dont waist your money

I purchased one of those robot puppies for A$63 plus postage. What I received was a $2 rubbish little battery operated puppy that did none of the things that the advert for the robot puppy does. Sent them an email asking for a refund or the correct puppy and they offered me 15% refund on my initial payment and I could keep the one they sent me. I didn't accept their offer but never heard back from them. To say I am furious is an understatement. Stay away from this company. They are scammers of the highest order.
