Nice shoes reasonable price

Impressive service. My shoes came and were too small. I contacted Mulat and got an answer the very next day, with an offer to send me another pair without the trouble of returning the first one. Courteous and satisfying.

Overall, I like these shoes, but the issue is since they’ve done all the height boosting in the heel area. They’ve done nothing for the front half of your foot and the rubber front. This tends is very thin in the front. This tends to lead to back pain and fatigue when wearing all day. They could go a long way by elevating the front of the shoe as well, which would be adding more padding at the same time. Just my thoughts.

I got the shoes, there are very nice but it was the wrong color. I contacted them and they requested pictures. Took a little time for them to review the email but they end up sending me a new order with the correct color. I will totally buy this brand again, their responses could be take some time but they stand behind their brand

They NEVER delivered the shoes I ordered. Don't do business with Mulat as they will collect your money and never send you the product. I contacted customer service twenty plus times and they would never help me. Don't do business with these people.

This is my s second pair. The ordering process is easy. Customer services was prompt and addressed my concern immediately. I was holding out for a 20% discount I assumed was coming. I got impatient and went ahead and ordered with a 10% discount. The next day, a 15% discount special came into my email box. I called customer service to cancel the order so I could re-order with a 15% discount. Customer service arranged for a 5% refund in place of me cancelling and re-ordering, which was fine with me. I received the credit within a few days. A few days later I received in the email an offer for 20% discount . . . I decided to leave it alone. Regarding the product - the soles are hard, not comfortable. So why did I buy a second pair? I like the style and I inserted a locally purchased soft insole in my first pair and will do so with my second pair. Note also that all footwear provides some high enhancement, anywhere from probably .75 inch to 1.5 inches for most. So, the Mulat product will elevate you, maybe about an additional inch, not much more. One other thing, when I ordered my first pair, I found the Mulat sizing to be a bit smaller than other shoes I wear. So, when I ordered my usual size 9 and it was too snug, I called customer service to ask for the return process or I could re-order a size 9.5. Customer service promptly sent me another pair, size 9.5. With the insole, it's still a tad snug but I'm OK with that. For my second pair, I ordered a size 10 and with the insole, it's now perfect! It's comfortable, stylish, and enhancing my hight.

Skeptical at first but once I put them on they are extremely comfortable and fashionable. Love them. I’ve order a second pair.

I find the shoes provide the height expected. They feel sturdy and well made. I suggest get next size larger than normal because with the lift being more in the heal your foot is at more of a slant forcing your toes forward a bit. I thought it would a more balanced subtle lift across the whole bottom of foot but I definitely feel more of a lift from heel. Thinking of getting another of their styles also.
