Had mullvad 2 days it’s been shocking blocking me from my home wifi and blocked me from my Coinbase account it’s been pretty poor to be far

The fairest business model in the industry: flat monthly price. The VPN connection is stable, and the apps are good on all platforms.
More server locations would be nice because of IP based content localization in Europe, and bandwidth could be better.

Speed is great, payment options are in my opinion very good and also nice that they allow to send money via letter.
No outages long outages so far, only a few but the client connected to another working server in an instant.

10/10 would recommend

I had a problem with my account in regards to payment, I contacted the team through email, and they were very professional and quick to help me out. So if you do encounter a problem, based from my experience you are in good hands.

Further on this ff you have any doubts about this vpn's level of security and privacy with your information I really recommend you go to their website and read up on there polices. They are fantastic.

An example of their privacy first mindset is how they handle forms of payment. I chose to pay with credit card, I was worried at first to pay with this, until I read up on their site the following:

"A token is created for all payment methods except cryptocurrencies and bank wire. The token, instead of your account number, is sent to the payment processor and used as a reference to link a payment to your account.

This token expires after 40 days and is no longer possible to link to your account. Cash tokens that haven’t been accounted for, however, are stored for 120 days in case postal service is slow."

There are plenty more things to like about this vpn, and these are just a few of them.

The speed of their server is very fast. And you can use it with confidence, because you can easily ask for a refund. Although their app lacks some features, it has good stability. And their app is open source.

Was happy with the speed on the first day but from second day on, I have experienced frequent connection delays or denials. Many sites and apps seem to have detected or ‘blocked’ it. Couldn’t even load google and some apps properly. Everything is fine immediately after mullvad is switched off

While I understand that this the most privacy focused vpn it is way to slow to be useable and you would probably have a better experience using any other vpn provider

Best VPN I've used, not always the fastest around, but safe, easy to use, affordable and they keep improving their services. The mobile app has dramatically improved in the past few months especially on iPad, and that's a plus for me.

I switched to Mullvad a few months ago, and I've been really impressed with their service. The VPN itself does exactly what it needs to, including port forwarding, the privacy considerations are excellent, and the monthly billing process is really straightforward.

I had issues finding my account to cancel the subscription I had. After contacting support they quickly answered and we found my payment information, and they refunded my latest two payments.

i asked my friend for a vpn and he told me to use mullvadVPN

its been a few hours and i was trying to cancel my subscription sins i didnt want to use mullvad anymore THERE ISENT ANY WAY TO CANCEL, i have tried for a few hours now and i cant seem to find a way to refund, i have no idea, i texted there mail but never got a respond, i might have to get a new paypal account

Way far the best VPN I've ever tried.
Their pricing model and their strict privacy policy is what made me to try it and i don't regret it.
Pros:
-great apps (GUI app on linux!!)
-fast speed (i have 100Mbps symmetrical internet, getting 96-97 mbps without mullvad, and usally 94 mbps with mullvad)
-insanely privacy-focused, also not even requires email for registration
-no DNS leaks
-Wireguard support
-pricing model: same price per month if you want a 1 year subscription and if you just want to try if for one month.
-transparent company, not some shady business in the end of the world

Cons:
I had a little issue with the upload speed to google drive (it dropped to 20-40 mbps), but using the socks5 proxy settings completely fixed it.

Customer Service cold as the North Pole and their solution for being detected as a VPN Connectios make it impossible to navigate on the internet, second request for help totally ignored, so not an option since the basic of VPN is not honored.
