Total scam this site, china based and wont return or correspond anymore - you couldn't even clean the car with their cloths or i'd have gotten some use from them

Avoid at all cost. Absolute rip off. Items were very poor quality. Returns required me to send to China at my cost. No refund no items. I wish I’d read the reviews first and avoided. Total rip off !!! They send automated really to email that I fell for and thought they would refund. Never did just kept responding with cut n paste messages.

Poor quality and nothing like the pictures. Eventually got a response from customer service, who tried hard to get me to keep the goods.

Finally I got a return address and paid another £30 to send back to China.

5 months later the parcel was returned to me as not delivered. I have emailed and sent photos to their customer service, but no response.

I have tried to get a refund through my credit card but been told the purchase was to long ago

Absolute cheap products, returned them after a hell lot of negotiations as they write extremely polite emails to you. Postage sent to China and these 🤬 never accepted my returned parcel and kept telling me that it’s never delivered to them. Thankfully Royalmail in UK returned the parcel to us and it’s clearly stamped as “Not Accepted” at the given China address. We spent another £40 just for return postage and ended up loosing more than £100 to these scammers.

Ongoing issue. Poor products. Sent back to china. £100 out of pocket. Avoid at all cost. Absolute scam.

An update to previous reviews to make other people aware. I posted the items back to China in November. I was given a false telephone number so Customs cannot call the release the package. I now have to pay £18.5 for the contract service fee and tax. Courier says its their respobsibility to pay any charges. So if you want to return, accept their 50% refund offer and cut your losses. I am out of pocket for the good plus the postage!
The company has closed as allegedly Jane Mully who owns the company has been taken seriously ill. Make you want from that!!!!

SCAM OUTFIT in China!! These little scammers are based in China and their clothes are absolutely DIABOLICAL!! I got ‘sucked in’ through there ‘closing down’ ‘begging’ posts on facebook ‘family business has to close’ ‘closing down sale’ ‘blah, blah blah’ …Its a load of cr@p!

These little scammers were responding to my emails etc when I was chasing up my order which took 3 weeks to arrive ! but immediately I was suspicious with there ‘too finer’ English email responses .. their replies instantly raised red flags for me abd I asked them to cancel my order ! But of course the little scammers couldn’t do that ??? As soon as these 5hit bag clothes arrived (and I mean these clothes are absolutely garbage with the sizes made for tiny people) and im a uk 8/10 ffs ! I emailed asking for their returns details as, surprise surprise! no returns label/info was included with the delivery! The little scammers immediately offered me a 20% refund of my order or failing that the return costs to China would be upwards of £25 … cheeky 🤬 !! I’m going through PayPal to get 100% of my money back as absolutely NOT 1 item of clothing I ordered looks as advertised on their website! AVOID AS THESE ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

The company ships everything from China and the company they use only has a website in Chinese so you can't track the progress. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a Christmas present to arrive and when you contact them via email they seem very interested. My advice is stay awav.

Do not buy from this company. The clothes are dreadful quality, fit badly and look nothing like the website pictures. They are also impossible to return as they need to be sent back to China at your cost. If you keep emailing them you will get 50% of your money returned without sending the goods back but you’ll loose the rest.

Can’t give less than 1 star.
This is a scam. Ordered what looked like 2x lovely jackets. What arrived was nothing like the description and fit only for dressing my dog in. I returned with proof from The post office but they insist that it’s returned by tracked which would have been £50 to China which is payable by the customer. They have not refunded me my £80.
Save yourself a load of hassle and light your wood burner with 4x £20 notes. 🤬.

I ordered 3 of the same coats in different colours. After placing the order I contacted them to ask if this company was based in London or China? They didn't reply. I searched the feedback and noticed this company was based in China and the quality of the items received were poor. I asked to cancel the order which the company declined and said it was shipped. It wasn't shipped and a few weeks later I received the thinnest, poorly made coats. I asked to send them back as they are not what was advertised and they said I'd have to pay for the package to be posted back to China???? Is it really worth it for £100 worth of toot? Feel so duped by this scam company. Please do not waste your money.

I think they are buying from Temu, cheap, and selling on.
I would never buy from them again.

I was fooled by their claimed 4.7+ “trustpilot score’ on their website, and that they were based in London. Instead, everything is shipped from China. I did actually (eventually) receive the dress, but it was way too big and completely shapeless - nothing like the picture on the website. Am not even going to try to return it - will alter it myself or donate it and put it down to experience.

SCAM poor quality clothing not as advertised and overpriced.

Like every other review, the theme is the same. The items took a month to arrive, when they did I could have cried, the jacket is so cheap and the zip is tarnished already. The jumper is flimsy and shapeless. You cannot return things to 'London' but to Asia. The quality is dreadful, the postage is dreadful, the communication is dreadful........

Complete rip off!! As other reviews have stated, this is not a London based company. Awful quality products & unable to return in uk. Messed around about returning. Complete scam!!

Their opening hours on Sunday are listed as 9am til 5pm.
These scammers clearly don't even know the U.K. trading laws
Not a U.K. company as advertised and should be avoided at all costs.

If I could give minus stars I would. They are obviously not London based or they would give out a uk phone number and you would be able to return to a uk address. Sadly I didn’t read these reviews until it was too late. My advice….spread the word about this so called company and warn others to stay well clear.
If they refund me in the next few days, I will of course right another review to let you know!

I bought a jacket. Not at all like the photo. Absolute garbage. Stitching rubbish. Cheap, nasty and made in china. Not worth £5.

Ordered a jacket that took ages to turn up and the quality is absolutly shocking feels like strong paper ,i emailed then and they offered mr 30%refund if i keep item i replied i wouldnt wear such a cheap item and want full refund then the communication stopped something needs doing about these scammers .
