Efficient, Professional with Great Communication

We received a very positive experience working with multaloan. The team have been professional, transparent and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for our circumstances. They explained the options available, answered all our questions and guided us through each step of the process. Communication was consistent which made the whole experience less stressful! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for support if you value efficiency and a personalised approach.

Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service. Got told that my Postcode does not match the one they have on the quote request I sent online when the search engine on their website have been able to find my address. This is not right. Avoid!
