No way to add Google Drive to MEGA…
No way to add Google Drive to MEGA within the app. Throws up the parameters are not correct or you have 2 factor setup. I have tried different browsers - turned off 2 factor on Mega, cleared cache etc., not letting me add Mega no way.
Good tech approach and very fair support
I was particularly impressed by the integrity of the service. While technically proficient, their straightforward and fair approach is what truly stands out. When I planned moving 500,000 files between two clouds, they proactively outlined the challenges and possible solutions (not feasible, in mycase) ensuring no surprises after subscribe the service. This ethical approach is rare. Kudos to Lanry Lucky!
Great product and exceptional customer service
Great product and allowed me to move all my photos from OneDrive over to Google Photos! I had 90GB of data and just left it running.
Also I had fantastic interaction with customer service with Lanry Lucky who was exceptional.

I used Multcloud to transfer Data
I used Multcloud to transfer family photos from one cloud-based storage to a different one. It was super easy to use and I did not experience any issues. I had to subscribe to a paid package due to the size of the data I was moving. After finishing the transfer, I wanted to unsubscribe and delete my account. I could not see on the site how to do that, so I contacted Support. Lanry Lucky assisted me, she was very quick and clear in her instructions and managed to sort it all out in 5 min. Thank you very much Lanty Lucky!
Don’t buy
Ever since I downloaded it, I’ve had nothing but problems. It’s telling me there’s always an error or that multiple photos cannot be transferred. The app on the phone is horrible. I subscribed to it off my computer and when I tried to login from my phone app it’s saying I have to re-purchase the yearly subscription.
It’s horrible that you can’t talk to somebody in customer service right away. You have to send an email and wait for a response. I bought it and never got to use it. Don’t buy.

Just paid £99 for a year unlimited to backup icloud to google.
Set up google drive and icloud, then got told i had to log back in again, which was impossible. so buggy. orrible UX. Not being able to oauth for a £100 a year service does not inspire confidence. Service threw java script errors on old and new mac chrome and safari when trying to
software looks old which honestly i wouldn't care about if it worked. Which, err I'm far from sure it does
Oh, and no 14 day refund. Is that legal?

Look i was stupid to use multcloud…
Massive distrust - security- data- cost
Look i was stupid to use before reading these reviews, The free trial seemed to work good then as soon as I paid more and again more i found stupidity only in myself. Just wanting to find a quick way to transfer from one drive to google drive. This was done on my phone and now I have security breaches on my phone. From reading other reviews (some customers giving long explanations of their experiences with the with multcloud company) and to see their cold quick automade * responses has me thinking what other third parties has access to our information, passwords , Basically everthing, and our data is probably in a place we have no idea bout because of all the third party access . Now ill be cancelling my credit card . If other users got no where with their customer service. I'll save myself the stress and get my phone secured and my credit card Cancelled.
