Plasterboard, Skim & External Render 5*
The true test of a business is based upon their breadth of expertise and Multi-Finishing certainly do not disappoint. My 1930's property was going through a full refurbishment, which included many different trades, working to a strict timeline. Michael was my first point of contact with Multi-finishing and his communication was flawless. Initially my project manager instructed Multi-finish to plasterboard and skim the entire property internally. The workmanship, especially on walls which had been through the ages, was faultless. The team arrived on time, worked thoroughly and meticulously and completed the works within the strict timeline. The results really do showcase their talents. I went directly to Michael in the case of the external render. Due to building regulations, removing the existing material and starting from scratch wasn't an option. Michael explored viable options, using specialist materials and skills, and was able to present me with the final plan from beginning to end. There was a period of time between the internal works and external works, and Michael ensured that communication remained consistent. Once the works began externally, again the true skill of Multi-finishing was seen. Unfortunately the weather, which is beyond anyone's control, delayed completion of the project. However, Micheal advised me about the dangers of applying Silicone Render during poor weather conditions and his expertise paid dividends as the end result is even more astounding then we thought possible.
All work completed my Multi-finishing is fully guaranteed and I have no doubt that if anything were to occur in the future, they wouldn't hesitate to return to offer solutions.
