After paying for my account and furnishing with Proof of payment, They still kept on disconnecting my account and raising any form of complaint from their side. Every 2nd day I had to call their customer dept and still be reconnected for a day. Had to just cancel my account with them. Their unprofessionalism is out of this world.
Multichoice hasn't updated their website for a few years now. Over 60 messages to get a new decoder delivered. Connected decoder and I can't get channels only on my older decoder. When I mentioned a refund they became silent. Now on to the Ombudsman to resolve if no reply soon. Seems their system didn't accept the payment properly in the first place. My suggestion buy the decoder elsewhere for now
