Sent my first deposit to see if the site is legit. Its almost a week since my bank transfer passed through and my account never credited.
After contacting the support the wanted me to provide every piece of information about the payment, while on normal lottery website the bank transfer should be a normal and very legit procedure.
So I lost my money for good, rather stay away!

Since I have requested withdrawing money from mu Multilotto deposit, I have been noticed that my account is permanently closed. I have been told that the reason is I had one in the past which I have closed permanently!?!
Very unprofessional explanation, taking into consideration that until now, there was no problem.
Also, I have already paid for 3 ongoing tickets, I have also money as current balance and I have no access to my account in this moment?

If I won jackpot.How can i make sure that mulilotto would give me my ticket if i won The Jackpot ? If the prize is too big, your staff can take that ticket and hide. I just have the scan of ticket in email, the lawyer cannot do anything in this case for sure. Cause the one keep physical ticket is legal, online one is not and i cannot sue your company also just with an email from you.

Scam website, let me deposit money, then instantly freezes my account after the money is taken. No reply from customer services, no phone number either. Also, very concerned about the number of positive reviews that look like they have been posted by children.

Changed wagering limit and after 24 hours the time remaining just went up instead of down. Contacted customer support, via email, no reply still. No live chat or phone number. Definitely a scam company avoid at all costs, there are much better websites to gamble on!
