Multi Stop Tours – we are what it says on the tin! We’ve put this site together with the aim of offering people a selection of holiday ideas, it’s a mix for different preferences and activities on a holiday. We even have small group tours perfect for a bunch of friends or even families wanting to holiday together without worrying about logistics & organising. We are all individuals so when it comes to planning a holiday everyone will have their own preferences – someone would like to laze, someone would want to explore or someone would want an adventure activity included. Although we present our ideas on the site, you are not limited to these as we can pretty much design your holiday as per your specific requirements as we have the expertise and connections to get the best pricing possible. Being in the service industry and providing services to customers, it is ingrained in our company ethos that your holiday should be as smooth as possible and our staff strives to achieve the highest customer service levels. All our suppliers are carefully chosen for both financial stability and world class service levels and over the years we have filtered down to the best in the industry. Financial protection is at the heart of our business therefore we voluntarily operate from an independently supervised trust account . All customer monies are paid into this account and the independent trustee will only release funds to pay for the customer’s travel arrangements. Furthermore, for each holiday booked we issue an insurance policy in the unlikely event that one of our suppliers fails thereby guaranteeing your money is never in harms way. If you are a UK customer, you are further protected through the government’s ATOL licence regime.

The best trip to Italy

The best trip to Italy.
From day one when I started looking to go to Italy, Multistoptours helped me through LIAM. Until now, it was a dream trip from the flights, hotels and trains, I can't say there was something wrong, everything was spectacular .Strategically located hotels, traveling by train is a dream between Italian cities. Highly recommended and please look for Iiam, he is the best helping you find the trip of your dreams and fulfill it just as you dreamed of it.

The best solo tour I’ve done over the…

The best solo tour I’ve done over the years. If you want to see real India this is the way to go. I was greeted by my smiling driver Kannan who spent 12 days showing me so many wonderful places, he is so genuine, friendly & fun. I felt safe throughout. The various hotels over the trip were of an amazing standard. The booking process was made easy, Anika & Ryan always responded or rang if I had any queries in the lead up. Anika also arranged & booked further trips & flights for me in India after my tour ended to Goa, Delhi & Varanasi. Thank you to all!

PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME PRODUCTWe purchased a complete package for…

We purchased a complete package for tours from the Nile Cruise as part of a total egyptian tour. When we arrived at the nile we were told that the ship had no record of our purchase and that we had two options either we would have to pay again (€440) or stay on the ship for the week long cruise.

I have asked Multi-Stop Tours for a refund of the €440 but they have refused saying that we had not paid in advance. The question is why would anyone travel to Luxor to sit on a river boat for a week without visiting the wonders of Acient Egypt. This a con, we had to pay twice for the same product!

Best of Italy 2022

I booked the Best of Italy with Multistop Tours. It was relatively last minute. Liam helped me with our accommodations, transportation and even a few excursions. He made himself available to us for questions and issues that came up even though he himself was on vacation.
Our hotels were very nice and clean but they were far from the tourist areas that we wanted to visit. Most were near the metro stations so we were able to navigate easily. Unfortunately, the airports were very far and we had to take taxis which quickly added up. I feel the money we spent on transportation was a waste. I would have preferred to stay near city center so we could spend more time sightseeing.
Overall, it was a beautiful vacation. I look forward to our next visit to Europe.

Wonderful 10-Day Trip to Greece

We took a MST 10-day trip to Greece (three locations: Athens, Santorini and Crete) in late May 2022. These is my review of that trip:

1. The booking was very easy. Our agent, Sofia, clarified some points for me quite quickly, given the time change between our two countries, and once everything was clear we OK’d the booking and it was done that day.

2. HOTELS: The three hotels were great! The room at the Acropolis Ami Boutique Hotel in Athens was very small, but it had a large balcony with a view of the Acropolis, which was fantastic at night. You really couldn’t ask for better. The breakfast they served was very good and the service from everyone there was excellent. When we arrived at the Veggera Hotel in Santorini we were told we would have to wait until 1:30 pm to check into our room (it was 9:30 am and we had been up since 4:00 am). We sat in the lobby for a little while, then the receptionist, the lovely Olga, called us over and said they had a sister hotel, Antoperla, just around the corner and, if we wanted, we could check in there immediately. It was a five star hotel and we did as she suggested. It was incredible! We had a beautiful huge room with every amenity you could imagine, including our own plunge pool. Maria, the receptionist there, was so helpful and kind. We were very grateful to the Olga at Veggera and we went back and thanked her the day we were leaving. The Rimondi Grand Resort & Spa on Crete was lovely. We did have some problems with the wifi in our room (we had to sit on the floor by the doors to the patio to get any reception at all), but after repeated complaints and an email to Sofia they moved us to a new room (in fact they gave us our choice of two rooms, one of which was an upgrade) and everything was fine. The food at the two restaurants was varied and very good, and the grounds were incredible. We took the free shuttle into Rethymno one day and everything went very smoothly.

3. TRANSPORTATION: All of our transfers went very smoothly, despite our first flight arriving four hours later than scheduled, and the ferry from Santorini to Crete arriving two hours late. There was always someone to meet us and look after us, and we felt very cared for. I would especially like to mention the driver who took us from the hotel in Athens to the Airport; he was very kind and arrived 15 minutes early! Also the driver who took us from the ferry to the hotel in Crete was interesting, engaging, efficient and kind. The only problem we really had was our flight back to Gatwick being cancelled at 11:30 pm. There was no one from the airline at the airport in Heraklion, so we had to find accommodation for the night (we ended up paying for two because the next flight available was June 1 at 1:40 am) as well as book a new flight on our own. Everyone from this flight was in the same boat and we were very unhappy that EasyJet just hung us out to dry without any help or compensation. The EasyJet booking app was fine for rebooking the flight, but when I clicked the link to take us to a hotel that they would then pay for, the app crashed. We had no way to get them to pay for our accommodation; I have claimed it back on our travel insurance. This was challenging because we don’t speak Greek and our cab driver did not speak English, but he got us to the place we booked and, after phoning the host, we got settled for the night in a very nice apartment. I really don’t think much of EasyJet after this experience and I think I would not want to book a flight with them again. There was another couple on the same flight and they said they’d been coming to Crete for 18 years, flying with EasyJet each time, and had never had a problem until that night.

So, I would rate the Hotels at 5/5 and the transportation to/from airports and ferry at 5/5 and the flights themselves at 3/5. It was a lovely trip, despite some of the flight problems, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again.

Many thanks to all the staff at…

Many thanks to all the staff at Multistoptours for making our recent tour of Sri Lanka & The Maldives such an unforgettable experience.
From start to finish our booking was handled efficiently and professionally by your friendly online staff.
In Sri Lanka our tour guide Zainal was fantastic and looked after us every step of the way, from meeting us at the airport, escorting us around his beautiful country and finally delivering us safely back to the airport despite the very challenging political situation in Sri Lanka at the moment.
The quality and value for money of your chosen hotels and selection of tours was exemplary.
Although I would suggest, the first hotel stay in Colombo should be changed to The Stuert Hotel. As an older colonial hotel with some heritage and history, we visited it for dinner and found it very interesting with more atmosphere than the modern and somewhat soulless Fairway Hotel where we spent the first night. Just a suggestion.
The island in the Maldives was of course stunning, we didn't want to leave.
We have recommended your tour company to friends and family since our return and would certainly look at Multistoptours again when planning future travels.

Thank you again
