Ordered the sample pack but only got 8 out of 18 samples.

Had a hard time reaching out to support. Use their chat feature, but never got a reply back on email, the day after I went back to the site and did see they had replied with basically "Really?", which I replied yes to and they sent the samples.

But when I got them one of the samples were empty and the rest seemed to be old (hard clumps) and varying amounts in the bags..

I wrote back to the support and they said they were gonna make it up to me on my next order, which I happened to make just a few days after. But they never actually sent anything extra..

Have had some back-and-forth emails with J from Multisupps this morning, and I genuinely have to commend him and Multisupps as a company for their amazing customer service. I was not sure what to initially expect, but they've truly exceeded all of my expectations so far; they've definitely earned themselves a lifelong customer. Would absolutely recommend. Good prices, amazing website, great customer service, and the most impressive selection of items I've ever seen. In this day and age, a lot of companies neglect their customers and provide bad service, so it was so refreshing to actually feel like the person on the other side of the computer cares about you. Stay awesome and until the next time! :)

I received a similar but wrong product, i wrote about it to customer service and they rectified the mistake quickly (1-2 business days), let me keep the one i received and sent the correct one that arrived the next week. Overall a positive experience

I ordered a tub of GFuel and a few GFuel samples from this webshop. In the Netherlands, we don't have many webshops that sell GFuel, and the ones we do have don't provide much variety. So it was either this or a hefty shipping & import fee from the official GFuel website.

The shipping was fast, which was surprising considering it came from Sweden. I found samples of GGs in my package in addition to my order, which was very unexpected and generous.

My only wish is that they'd also start selling the stainless steel GFuel shakers from the collector boxes. I'm already planning my next order of tubs, this business deserves recognition.
