Having wanting to get hold of a 2x72 grinder to replace my home built one, I contact Jon at Multi-tool products to request a "full suite". Including the surface grinder and the main 2x72 grinder. Not only was it delivered efficiently, well packaged and was well, simply amazing, Jon has always been there. Recently a small part broke on my surface grinder. It was no issue for Jon to assist me with locating what the piece was and then within 2 days it was in the post and in my hands! Amazing service. Jon is always there if you need him, his experience cannot be replaced. If ever you need some advice or a decent piece of kit, then this is the place to go!!

I’ve been using Multitool Products since day one of my knife making, and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for equipment and consumables. Not on does Jon sell the best quality gear (84 Engineering grinders, Evenheat Kilns, Cubitron belts…the good stuff!) I also get to deal with Jon, which is always a pleasure.

It’s one things to get a good price on kit (which you do get with Multitools), but it’s another to always have someone like Jon on hand to give proper knowledgable advice on the kit he sells, how to use it, tips and tricks, approaches you hadn’t thought about. It’s what sets his business apart and why I continue to come back to him month after month.

Amazing service and awesome grinders!! Just purchased the 84 Engineering Shopmaster 2x72 and it’s fantastic. Even better was the service from Jon! Absolutely top notch.

The grinder was mostly assembled (to a very high quality), took someone as daft as me only 30 mins to completely install it. The grinder is simply brilliant, amazing quality also. Even the powder coating looks really slick.

I can’t recommend this company enough, great product, fantastic service, all round a great buying experience!!!
