Multiverex.com unresponsive when you want your Crypto transferred to your wallet.
On August 24th, 2025 I submitted a withdrawal request from Multiverex in the amount of $1300 USD. This wasn't the first time withdrawing funds from the platform. I received a response on the 25th claiming I did not complete the User Authentication, which I had previously, yet somehow they claimed I had not. I completed it again. In the mean time, they cancelled the withdrawal request. I resubmitted the withdrawal request for the same amount again on the 25th. I received acknowledgement they received my authentication information and advised they would respond within 48 hours. I wrote them agin on August 28th to remind them of the withdrawal request and the uploading of my authentication documents. To date, no one from Multiverex.com has responded, nor has my transfer been processed. It is now September 7th, 2025, I have written them again. I will advise as to the status. My advice, do not engage with Multiverex.com under any circumstances. At this point, they cannot be trusted.
