Initiated chargeback through my bank which they are having the nerve to dispute! Site and Facebook page are down now and no one replies to messages or emails

Scam website!!
Scam website! I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. Their website is very convincing and fooled me, who is usually pretty savvy. Their Facebook page also generates a lot of interest. MLM needs to closed down ASAP. Shame on you for targeting parents who are drawn in by your competitive prices. Scum! Luckily, credit card company will reimburse me.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a £60 item, it never arrived even though I emailed them twice and phoned and left a voice message. Never got a response. Luckily my bank was able to refund me.

Scam company
Scam company! Had to get my money back through the bank as they were ignoring my emails and blocked me on Facebook. I went to the bank to request the charge back and got told that they would be in touch but they just sent me a message saying they had credited my account. Shows that the banks know.

Ordered goods on 2nd Feb, still not received and no response from them at all. Reported to Shopify but they also don't appear to have done anything about it as website still live and people are still being scammed!! Have claimed against my credit card, hopefully will get my money back
