In mid February I ordered and paid for a personalized photo wrist watch including shipping protection and Expedited delivery. After 8 weeks they notified me it was delivered to my doorstep and signed for.not possible because that day I was in hospital and nobody was home and I never did get the watch I complained to them some person named Etan wrote me back saying sorry it was signed for. I could buy another using a $20.00 coupon they emailed me.no way I go back there. I'm out $70.00 and no watch... my fault u was warned about them,but couldn't believe they were that criminal.

This company is horrible. I ordered a wallet for my husband on 2/15 and shipping said package would arrive 2/24 to 2/28. It is now 3/1 and still not here. I paid extra to have it expedited to the “front of the orders”. It said sent to shipper 2/15 and no update on tracking since. I reached out to the company via email and was told they reached out to the shipper and it’s a weather delay and to please be patient. Yeah right. Now that I’ve read reviews, this seems like an ongoing problem not weather related.just poor customer service. I hope the product is good quality but after these reviews, I’m NOT expecting much. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. I SPENT $48 for what?? Lies and no product yet.

Zero stars! Do not trust Ethan at mumbee prints. The company is a SCAM! fraudulently and falsely advertising products that look absolutely nothing like the prodcut sent out. Paid extra for priority shipping (ANOTHER SCAM) Do not send this company any of.your money. They are refusing to give refund despite offering to return product. Extreamly poor quality and very poor customer services. Do not fall victim to this SCAM seller.

I ordered a watch on the 1st of December, and still it hasn't arrived, like one or two reviews on here stating that there parcel hasn't turned up, I'm now guessing that this one will not turn up, I should have read the reviews before going ahead. The watch finally arrived after 3 weeks and I can honestly say what a load of crap it turned out to be, cheaply made, will not buy anything from these cowboys again.

Looks nothing like the watch in the photos absolutely rubbish paid extra for presentation box that looks like something from poundland stay well clear of these clowns 🤡

The Website advertises "priority production", which is an additional cost. They define "priority production" as having your order placed at the head of the line. I placed by order nearly 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. This business seems like it scams folks into paying extra for a service they don't honor.

Ordered advent calendar, they advertised Crystal decorations, what I received was cheap acrylic decorations, not even nice looking ones. Total waste of money!

I ordered a World War 2 Planes Advent Calendar as a Christmas gift for someone. From the ad I saw, I was expecting 24 miniature plane replica ornaments. Instead, the calendar contains little plastic tiles with pictures of planes printed on them. Many of the tiles fell to the bottom of the box, so the little window is opened and nothing is there. This thing cost over $30. Total waste of money.

Nothing like the picture and description. Very disappointing after spending so much money. Awaited over one month.

The sold an advent calendars. When you get the item, it's not the same as the picture. It's junk printed on acrylic, smaller little pictures of things, not even the same as the website where they show real models with metal loops.

Waited over a month for my item to arrive. It bounced around all over the state, due to that backward delivery company they use from China. Anyway, they keep saying that they will take care of me. But, still the order has not arrived. This place is a scam.

**UPDATE*** December 16 and STILL no delivery.

Ordered a viking watch for my husband for his 60th birthday in december.it arrived today.im over the moon with it.the box is lovely too.its such a great solid watch.excellent quality and not too heavy to wear.its just perfect. Love the design on the face and the bracelet Hes going to love it.the messages for it's shipment and tracking were clear and took me step by step from shipment to delivery ,which was fantastic.didnt take long to be delivered either. Great communication . The watch is wrapped and ready for his birthday..I highly recommend this business and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

The original shirt had everything on the back reversed. It was upside down and some of the reviews stated that this was a problem. I photographed the shirt and requested that it be redone correctly. I had little hope that this would happen. Two weeks later I received a brand-new shirt done correctly. Amazing Customer Service!

If I could give zero stars I would. The product I ordered was not what I received. When I tried to get a refund with photo proof, I was told that I was wrong and offered a $20 gift card. I will not be using this company ever again. Stay away from this site, it's a scam.

I ordered a tee-shirt with Army logo, showing my last name and dates of service, rank, and the posts where I was stationed, along with a picture of me in the service. Everything was done as ordered. It took about 12 days from the time I ordered until the shirt was received. The quality of the shirt appears good, and I have not washed it yet. I was totally satisfied with the experience.

"Ethan" at Munbee Prints assured me that my shirt would be delivered in time for my father's 85th birthday, that it would be shipped via priority mail. Dad's birthday has long since passed and still, no shirt. I told "Ethan" that I wanted my money refunded. He said they can't do that because the shirt has already shipped. I contacted the fraud department at my bank and they are currently investigating this issue. What a disappointing experience.

I should have read the reviews yes there all right would have been quicker to go to china the company they use for delivery is as bad EVERI they are not good 4weeks and still no delivery well well no surprise..

Cheap watch, can barely see the print. I will not be buying from here again

I ordered a guitar watch several weeks ago, and i am totally dissapointed with the service! Still haven't received the watch , and i see that i should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Evidently this wasn't a rare mishap. Seems that this is the way the company operates. BE WARNED!!!! Don't purchase anything from this company!!!!
