Save your money and your nervous, never pay them and not believe.
Police should do something with them.
Total scam do not order from here, told me parcel was delivered and I asked for proof, asked for a refund multiple times

Stay right away from this chinese scamming site, It is not from USA at all. 17Track I am guessing is a fake postal site that they use. dont use it
They are a fraudulent company stay well clear I purchased on the 18/12/2025 and still have not received any goods have emailed no reply will be reporting to the relevant authorities so they can investigate best of luck to them
I ordered two Amazon returns mystery boxes and have been scammed for £60. Can anyone please help me recover the money I lost? Also advise how I can report Muncos (seller) to authorities. There must be a trace to their bank account etc. please help if you know how.
Avoid Muncos, don't be scammed. They are using TikTok as a way to get through to customers but they are taking making for no delivery and then they recommend a tracking company called 17 track, who keep sending dodgy messages saying the parcel is on its way but it doesn't exist.
