This is an example how to bounce back and restore the faith of a customer who may not have had a great initial experience. in a number of ways this is more impressive than a flawless transaction. No one person or company is perfect. How do you respond and recover when things go awry? This why Mune gets my vote!

Glad it is made in the USA
First of all, glad to find an online clothing store where clothes are made in the usa. That means (I hope) I do not have to wait 3 weeks or more to receive my order. Also, in case I have to return the merchandise it should be easy to return my order within allowed time since it is made in and shipped from the US. The website was pretty easy to use.
