Significant Gap Between Promised Results and Delivered Servic

I signed up for a three‑month Munger.ai plan at $700, based on a clear agreement:
• 5,000 emails per day (about 150,000 per month)
• A minimum of 15 booked appointments per month
From 1/7/26 to the present, Munger.ai has reported sending 18,000 total emails, with 3,405 opens, and zero responses or appointments. This is less than 13% of the agreed monthly send volume and far below the performance minimum that was part of the purchase decision.
I reached out multiple times for clarification and support but did not receive a response.
My experience may not reflect others’, but based on the numbers and communication I received, the service did not come close to meeting the commitments that were outlined at the start.

Scam Alert – Avoid This Service

Like many others, I had the same disappointing experience. Tristan Larsen is a scammer.

The sales pitch about AI-generated, automated cold emails sounded promising, but it was too good to be true.

I signed up for a demo, which Tristan attended promptly. Based on his assurances, I paid for the service with the promise of onboarding and calendar integration. After that first meeting, Tristan completely ghosted me.

The website appears to be fake. It shows emails that were never actually sent, and when I questioned the functionality, Tristan became rude and hostile. This is unacceptable behavior for any business.

I am now seeking a refund and strongly advise others to stay away from this service.

Massive scam

Massive scam. Complete waste of money. When something seems too good to be true then it usually is. Once I got zero results and then started getting zero replies I began digging in and searching for more info on the company and it's founder Tristan Larson and apparently he is a well-known scammer and this is just his latest scam that has absolutely no value at all and you will get zero leads or results of any kind. STAY AWAY!!!

avoid at all costs

I paid for services that were promised to be live within days, but nothing was ever delivered.

I received no valid login or usable system despite payment. When I followed up, I was met first with silence, then extreme hostility, and finally ghosted when I asked for a refund.

Afterward, I found multiple reports online describing the exact same behavior from this individual over several years. This is not a legitimate operation. Beware!

Tristen Larsen's latest scam website. He keeps changing the name when the reviews catch up to him.

Air.ai, Airlius.ai, Inventor Club NFT, Recipe 4 Revenue... This is the next in a long line of scam/fraud websites that steal user information, spam uninterested strangers, over promise, and under deliver. Tristen Larsen has stolen thousands from me, and several other people.

I recommend you search for his most recent company, Airlius, on TrustPilot. Search his name on LinkedIn and you'll find several more of the folks he scammed.
