Very bad experience because the Frezza…

Very bad experience because the Fezza dress is of poor textile quality, made in Turkey, had a defect with the riss in the seam and returns must be paid by customer.

I purchased an item from Munthe as a…

I purchased an item from Munthe as a gift for my wife’s birthday. As usual I received notification of shipping etc. In time I received an SMS to say the parcel had been delivered by the courier GLS Denmark - except the parcel was not there. I eventually found the contact details for GLS (who have a Trust Pilot rating of 1.1) and also contacted Munthe’s online service - a bot. By the end of the day both parties advised me the courier had delivered my parcel back to the sender - this regularly identified by customers based on the Trust Pilot comments. Munthe advised they would resend the parcel next day. That evening I received an email advising I would be refunded the item, no explanation as to why and I am not being refunded the freight cost of £15 through no fault of myself. Have to say am deeply brassed off with this level of service. Absolutely poor. Avoid!

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment you experienced – this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

Unfortunately, an error occurred where the parcel was returned to our warehouse by the courier shortly after shipment. We were in contact with both GLS and our warehouse and the intention was to resend the parcel as soon as it was received back. Regrettably, due to an internal miscommunication, the order was refunded instead of being resent, which was not our intention.

We are especially sorry that the communication during this process was unclear and that this affected a birthday gift, which we fully understand makes the situation even more disappointing.

Please note that the shipping cost has since been refunded, and a discount code has also been sent to you as a gesture of goodwill and apology for the inconvenience.

We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our internal processes and customer communication.
