I brought this for my 6 years old son who has autism. I gave it for four days his urine turned neon yellow so I stopped it.

Thank you for your review. The manufacturer of simple spectrum have stated that the product contains some vitamin B and this contributes to the colour and smell you would notice in the supplement. Vitamin B can make the urine turn yellow as the excess is removed from the body. This is usually harmless.
