Pretty bad product & service. Now requiring 2 people’s payment for a basic monthly subscription but ok with 1 for the year subscription. (I was with them for a year)

Decent features, poorly implemented. Buggy, slow, error prone. Todays problem is not supporting a wacom tablet. Every day another struggle. Use Miro.

Mural has huge potential, but the general bugginess is very disappointing - far too many glitches which waste time and money. Have spent a day trying to build a diagram, but it's very temperamental -... See more

Terrible Customer Service & Refund Policy!!!

The tool is useful but the customer service is terrible. Was sending emails to them for months asking them why I was being billed and requesting a cancellation. Incredibly slow to respond and when they did they told me it was impossible to provide a refund even though they had email evidence of my cancellation! I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the way they treat their customers.

Excellent App for Collaboration

Excellent App for Collaboration. I've used this with several teams. People seem to love this app, and personally, it is the best multi-person brainstorming app I've come across. I use this for internal brainstorms and with clients.

The support is also great. Seriously, give these guys a try.

Great tool for facilitating online workshops

I Have been using this platform for over a year now and have been using it excessively since the Covid-19 outbreak. It's one of the best tools out there when doing online workshops. It gets a bit slow when more than 100 participants are adding their post-its.
