Having had the pleasure of working alongside Micheal and witnessing first hand his dedication and pro active and can do attitude to the workplace is impeccable. Nothing is ever a problem with Micheal. Always has solutions. He possesses excellent communication skills which is key in the construction industry. As a superior he brought out the best in me and allowed me to excel and flourish under his watchful eye allowing me to adapt as a person and within my career. Micheal’s time keeping is always on point. Always the first one in the office and last one out the office shows his dedication to any of his projects he has undertaken allowing programmes to be met accordingly and on time always being one step ahead of the game having got a wealth of experience and knowledge within the construction industry and timber kit specialist. His ability to get a team/group of workers and motivate them to get the job done and work effectively together in a team was great to see and be a part of. I will highly recommend Murphy management if ever needed any construction work completed whether that may be personally or recommending the company to undertake work within the construction industry. If you want a smooth, easy to understand running of your project I would recommend getting in touch with them to see how they can help you due to my past experiences. I cannot fault them at all. 5 star in customer service, project and time management whilst producing a high end top quality product.
