Communication has been extremely good, always a speedy reply. Very pleasant and helpful to deal with. I’ve been acting as power of attorney for a relative and the letting agent has been super helpful and made the whole process much easier than I’d expected. Great company to work with

Our move-in process was hassle free. They were very responsive and prompt in communicating with us.

I couldn't recommend Murray and Currie enough. We travelled 5 hours to Edinburgh and unfortunately the tenant wouldn't allow viewings of the apartment, and so the viewing was cancelled. Murray and Currie went out of their way to allow us to view a different but very similar apartment, so that we didn't have a wasted journey. After this, they were so helpful with the application and no question was too small for them. They were friendly and professional throughout. We really appreciated how hard they work to make our first time renting as smooth as possible.

The agency was really decent in the viewing process and immediately gave us an offer. So far, they’ve quickly replied to our requests.

Can’t recommend Murray & Currie enough. Brilliant letting agency. Just moved into my fist rental with them, and I can stay it’s miles better than any other agency I have rented with. Alex helped with all the move, and he was brilliant. He is so responsive and it’s clear he wants the best for the clients rather than it just being a job. Move in booklet was provided also which gave us all the information we needed to know about maintenance etc. Great company! Lovely staff.

Dishonest and misleading sales people. The flat we moved in to was not clean, the inventory was written the morning of our move in.
Tenancy management team seem to care very little about what their customers needs are.

The employees in the agency are generally lovely and helpful. There was an instance where I had to complain as the service I received in their office was rude and off putting, but that was quickly addressed and solved. Their services regarding our property maintenance have been very satisfying and so I would recommend this agency to others - we love our current home.

An organisation that has no interest in tenants. Slow response times, defects not after inspections not addressed, no class, all about what matters to then not the tenant. Tenanats choose another letting agent. Landlords beware! prospective clients will soon realise Murray and Currie are a company to avoid .
