Easy to follow and wide variety of exercises or whatever you want to call them. AT 82 there are things I cannot and will not do because my body doesn't have the flexibility nor the strength. With this tool I can pick and choose what works for me. I do wish when you miss an exercise it was easier to go back and start it over. I end up missing the next one too but I guess that's just an old man learning to use the software better.

It’s an easy workout
It’s an easy workout, the morning routine from the challenges I do every morning and it helps me get moving for the day every day it’s only 7 minutes but it does my body great. I do the hardest level and for strength every other day and it’s increased my size a little which is what I was looking for and it gets everything tight. It’s surprisingly done everything they say and I’m very happy and impressed with the results. The workouts get mixed so you do different things all the time working on the whole body.

Effective adjustable workouts made just for you!
I love that you can create your own workouts and add various equipment if you want or need to. I like that you can like or dislike each move after each workout and the app adjusts your workouts. I get a lot of ideas from the workouts they suggest. You can also keep track of your nutrition and calories throughout the day. I like to be able to follow along with someone that helps with time, pacing and accountability.!

I personally do not like the program. Most of the workouts are poorly explained and some I physically can't do. There is no time between the exercises to figure out how to do them and the pictures are terrible. I don't like the fact there is no one available to contact for help. I signed up for a trial period
I signed up for a trial period. Had difficulty using the program. Got notice of monthly billing. Requested a refund and cancellation. I was able to finally access customer service and was advised that my account is cancelled and that a refund will be processed. Just a waste of my time.

The person who had the account passed away and his estate was unaware of his subscription. When the charge showed up on the Paypal account, we immediately contacted Muscle Booster for a refund. The subscription was refunded immediately.

This is a good app and though there is no "active reminder" such as a sound or notification, which I suppose one can always turn on the phone, the program has been especially helpful with me trying to stay active. Though I have not lost much, if any weight and my appearance is about the same, I do feel more flexible. Through time I will be more proactive with my diet, which has not been optimal yet and will increase the physical activity, which I am sure will help with the weight loss aspect of the program.
