INAUTHENTIC PRODUCTS. FALSE PROMISES. FAKE COMMITMENTS.
Ordered Optimen. They delivered a tampered seal product with old label of import, smudged QR code, no authenticator code. The bottle received carried a different batch number and expiry date when compared with the received invoice. Upon calling their toll free number, the person on the other end is pathetic and rude and simply didn't listen to what I had to say. Upon writing them an email, they sent me a different invoice and verbally assured that product is authentic. That's all I got from them. Meanwhile, their 7 day refund/replacement guarantee vanished out of this planet Earth with escape velocity. Their seal of authenticity non-existent. Service delivery absolutely rubbish. Moreover, they broke a few laws here. Judge this yourself, and BEWARE before buying anything from them. Edit after their reply: the link that they provided shows a blank web page with Not Found as error. Don't fall for their arguments. Simply beware.
