There is no tracking , no email to say your items are on there way...nothing in this day and age very behind. Took 5 working days to arrive from the uk to Ireland for what you pay in postage to slow I have recieved items in 2/3 days from the uk.

Well as I have a job and work, I wasn't home to recieve the product when delivered and presumed it would be left with a neighbour but it was sent to the depot. The convenience of ordering this off you and not having to go into town to buy it, is pointless as Iv paid for delivery and now will have to try and get a morning off work to go collect it from town anyway.

Always good service, let me know where my order is and offers to save me money. Only thing I would say is samples could be more relevant to the order. When ordering bodybuilding supplements you don't want to receive cycling and endurance sport drinks.

Good value but major fail by DPD who got the street name wrong and delivered my order to a neighbour about 500m away who had to deliver it to me!

I ordered protein bars and received them two days later, which was a great turnaround time. They were cheaper than buying them on the Hight Street and packaged well. Service on the site was good and quick and questions I had were all answered. I will definitely be using this company again in the future!

Having contacting this company verbally and also having to return a certain item ( no fault of garment) I have found this company undeniably Top Class in its customer service.

I'm really pleased with this company , you get what you ordered when they say , also your delivery time is texted to you down to 1 hour so no more waiting in all day for your protein , just exactly what I want .

Have used Muscle finesse regularly spending regularly. Needed to order suppliments in preparation for training/racing upcoming national and world track champs. Asked for discount when ordered between offers to be told sorry. Will look elswhere for supplies.

Found these through a Google search and thought I'd give them seeing as they were the cheapest for my protein flapjacks and nevr let me down with price & prompt delivery.

Emailing offer discount that are difficult to use, not customer friendly
