Beautiful tender large joint with very little fat. Highly recommend.

Great buy did two sittings
I, personally don’t like roast beef but my husband enjoyed it both as a roast and later in sandwiches!!
Very good choice of meat to have over Christmas. I would definitely recommend this whole topside beef joint.
the meat was stringy and fibrous and not to the usual standard of the past 4 years of hampers. We were very disappointed

Wow this was the best beef I’ve tasted in a long time - really lean very little fat at all which I like. Family loved it 😊

Cut in half. Made two meals out of it. Very tender.

Good quality joint of beef. Cooked it so it was rare in the middle. Plenty of meat & enough for 5 adults. Lovely flavour.
The joint was not the usual quality. One end of the joint was almost split in two. I hoped that being tightly bound together would enable it to cook okay. It didn’t. The end result was part of the joint so well done it was almost shoe leather whilst the unsplit. part of the joint was rare. This was disappointing. The rest of the pack was good quality although I’ve not yet cooked the turkey butterfly and have frozen it to cook later.
