Really poor quality, super chewy and stringy!! Would NOT recommend. The steak just would not break down no matter how much you chewed it which was really disappointing (cooked medium rare/rare)

I'd hoped to get four small steaks out of one of these but by the time I'd cut the fat off the edge I only got three steaks. Having said that, beautiful steak if you could eat a whole one.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It was rank, grey, slimy and stank the kitchen out. I nearly threw up. £30 of steak in the bin, never again.
