Amazing price and so fresh, packaging for delivery keeps it cool also

Absolutely crap
Waited over a 2 weeks for my food and Wen it arrived it went out of date. A day later how was I ment to eat 5kg of chicken in a day wasted loads of it

Very bad experience, poor quality meat, gone off on delivery, no response from customer service to them fine out you have gone into administration!

As always top quality product top quality price highly recommended and will always recommend

Customer service is nightmare.
I still waiting for my order no one gives me any information about order.
They just let me no on the delivery day they don't have everything what I ordered but I don't know what is missing!

There was a delay with the order and I informed that I could have it delivered anytime the following week to help you out. The order was delivered but the ready meals were missing from the order. I emailed you about this last week and I am still awaiting a reaponse. I have paid for the order but not received all of it. Has rather soured my first time of using the company.

Waited 2 weeks for my order to be delivered due to ‘distribution issues’ but wasn’t notified of that fact until I complained about my order being late (the day after it was requested to be delivered). I was then forced to go out and buy variants of what I’d ordered for meals I had planned. Nil compensation, standard apology email. But now here the food is good quality and so far, very tasty.

cant get through on the only phone number. don't get replies via email.

food is fine. but god forbid you have a problem... there is no help... no reply... no nothing...

Multiple emails sent about an issue, the only emails i've recieved since were "congratulations your next order is being prepared"... oh that would be the one i emailed about a week before in the hope of amending. No such luck. Had to go out and buy a second freezer as there was no other option but waste loads of perfectly good food. Raging doesn't quite cut it. But hey atleast the food is tasty. Although i question where it comes from... for example romanian chicken?? do they even have welfare standards? smells a bit iffy when you take it out the bag to be honest. recent lot of steaks 2 out of 4 of them are 50% fat.. barely any meat on the steak... so little so that i'll have to eat them both to consider it one steak.

A very good service easy to order and very good delivery have ordered about 3times now

Non delivery and when eventually arrives the food was totally rotten and had to be binned. MF apologised but still no replacement food or refund lack of help to resolve will not use again

1. My order was not delivered on the original delivery date due to a’ distribution error’. I emailed you with my availability but you ignored my email and randomly delivered on a day I was at work.

2. When I received the delivery, the ice packs were completely thawed out. I refrigerated everything as soon as it was delivered. The next day, I opened the pack of chicken breasts to freeze them. The whole pack absolutely stank!! I had to throw them away as the smell made me physically sick! I emailed you on Saturday to report it, to this moment in time and after several attempts to remind you ….you have still not responded!!!! Disappointed with the customer’care’ and disgusted with the lack of quality and freshness.

Only half of the parcel arrived. Was informed it was out of stock

Delivered 27th july

Had my order and 2 packs of sausages was missing, been having a nightmare messaging them

Was supposed to come on a Tuesday. Was held by dhl until Friday. Was assured another order was coming and it never. And now after 6 failed contact attempts I can’t even get them to return my money. Terrible customer service.

My order did not arrive,I was given no reason,I agreed to have it delivered which was nearly a week later. I ordered pork loin which was £6 only to find it is all fat.Not sure I will be ordering again

No communication or phone number to ring said I wouldn't be in the re-arranged day you gave yet still sent it. Very poor this is twice in my last 3 orders this has happened

All good was defrosted, I have sent a email but had no reply

Second time ordering from muscle food, first order was perfect not a problem had chicken, pork, sausages, bacon and a few other things. This time ordered 5kg chicken which smells rotten. Emailed twice and still yet to resolve anything. Yes they vaccuum pack chicken which has a smell to it, didn't have a problem with it last time. This time it smells absolutely disgusting and is not edible and still waiting to resolve this nearly a month after ordering! Will avoid in future!
