I was very ill early I new year
I was very ill early I new year. Bedridden for 7 weeks the hospitalised for two weeks. I had no energy and had to get around using a walking frame when l came out of hosp. I had lost my appetite and was very weak and needed extra carers. I was also on oxygen 24 hrs a day. I watch an article on YouTube by Dr Mandell and he spoke about D-ribose. I sent for.some.took 2MG A DAY and later 5mg and, although l have to take care not to overwork due to cfs l feel a new person with so much more energy. Thus l am happier and feel healthier and as if l have more energy.

Nice taste but unfortunately had to stop using after 4 days due to lymph nodes swelling, unsure whether it was linked but stopped taking and they have gone now.
After purchasing I read up about intake of magnesium and it says a daily dose of 430mg for males but this has 450mg per dose.
A shame as I had high hopes with the product being a big benefit to my fitness levels.

Testo-7 contains the genuine ZMA powder which is the most researched blend of minerals available anywhere in the world. The levels are very specific and this includes the 450mg of Magnesium per dose.
It is true this slightly exceeds the recommended daily amount of Magnesium for general health, but this amount is optimal for what this product achieves. Levels of up to 2,500mg of Magnesium can be safely taken without side effects.
