Made a mistake during my initial order to which they rectified immediately. I accidentally ordered the 6ft barbell but needed the 7ft, they upgraded me free of charge and the order was sent out extremely fast. The equipment itself is excellent quality and the customer service is there to match - highly recommend

Bought a power rack, some adjustable dumbbell's and some flooring in their sale. All products were delivered promptly and on the advised day and time. I made some changes to one order and got a reply and remedy straight away. The products are of very good quality and I am very pleased with them. Customer service has also been first class.

What an amazing company to deal with. I ordered weights, bench and weight rack, quality is excellent and very happy with my purchase. I was let down by another company I'd ordered from and I spoke with Todd regarding getting an order from Muscle IQ. I can honestly say Todd went above and beyond sorting an order out for me an I cant thank him enough.

Pros
Free delivery with fedex.
Feels quite sturdy for a light bench (28kg)
Parts seem quite robust and are powdered coated so looks good.
Ladder adjustment works well and makes changing position quick and easy.
Price was very reasonable

Cons
Seat and back pad feel very low quality, fabric very thin and had a tiny tear on opening. I think the fabric will tear easily and I’m not sure it will last very long at all. The padding is also thin and quite hard.

Very large gap between the seat and back pad when lying flat.(much bigger than on my old bench)You may be ok if you bench press with an arch, I do and with a bit of shifting about I can avoid the gap but this might not be the case for other people. The gap is not really an issue when the bench is in the more upright positions.

It is also difficult to manoeuvre, it has wheels but the bench has to be almost upright for wheels to work, the square feet pads seem to stop the wheels. I do think if the rubber pads were removed this would solve the problem. The rubber pads fit over the feet pads but I think this is making them catch on the floor. I know this may seem minor but when you have a small home gym and have to move equipment around it can become annoying. It also difficult to just lift as the seat and back pad just flop about.

All in all, an ok bench for the money but I am concerned how it will hold up long term. It is an ok bench for home use and its weight limit of 300kg is more than enough for my needs.

Purchased adjustable dumb bells and bench late last year. Quick delivery. A good product at a good price.
