Ordered the 40kg adjustable dumbbells (2.5 increments) absolutely fantastic quality. I actually owned a full set of dumbbells but moved house and nowhere for them so I took a risk and ordered these, so glad I did. Customer service was excellent, product excellent. So glad I bought them.

I bought the power cage and 150kg weight set and I’m really impressed.

Excellent customer service that sorted out some delivery issues (FedEx problems not muscleiq).

I also got some excellent matting, a bench and some adjustable dumbbells which are great. My garage gym is complete and I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased a 6 x tier dumbell stand and set of dumbells.
I made an error when selecting the stand and customer services exceeded expectations in its prompt action and courtesy.

Ordered a pair of 40kg adjustable dumbbells and a folding bench, arrived promptly and quality seems to be very good so far.
One of the boxes was slightly damaged on arrival where it had been lifted with the plastic wraps, but contents were fine.
Would recommend.

The equipment turned up in just one day and the quality is brilliant. I had spent a lot of time researching which brand and vendor and Muscle IQ was my wildcard!

The equipment is absolutely solid and the rack has everything you need for a professional home setup. The materials Re real quality and really study and ive been using it everyday so far.

Minor issue with dumbbell rack (small bag of washers missing due to damaged packaging in transit) but response from customer support was immediate and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Purchased black Hex weights. Delivered very quickly. Slight issue on the order with one wrong weight being sent instead of another. Quick email to Support team with couple of pictures and very quickly responded and missing weight sent out - great customer service.
Weights themselves are exactly what you'd expect from black Hex. Very pleased, would order again for sure.

I recently ordered the 18kg adjustable kettlebell from muscleiq. It arrived with minor cosmetic damage to the packaging and to the kettlebell itself, which did not compromise performance or safety. I was told that it was dispatched in new condition, so the damage must have occurred in transit.

I was otherwise very impressed with the kettlebell, but requested a partial refund due to the cosmetic issue. The support team was quick and responsive, and fulfilled my request within one day. I am pleased with my experience, both with the product itself, and with customer support!

Never fear, your journey is now over, you’ve found the only damn company that offers adjustable heights, for some reason, no one else does!

Been wanting some adjustable dumbbells for a while now, after several weeks of looking at what to buy decided in the end to go with Muscleiq. I looked at Nuobell, Snodes, Assassin stealth even Nordic track.They arrived today and all I can say is wow. The ones I got are their new design in black with 1kg increments. They don’t rattle like assassin’s they look very sleek in black, their price point is amazing for the quality you get. Can’t see me damaging these under normal use and the company have got their own patent on the handle and locking design of the plates.
Overall very impressed with the product, the company and customer service is exceptional, big shout out to Todd for putting up with all my questions. If your wanting some adjustable dumbbells go check out there website you will not be disappointed.

I bought the Assault Air bike I was a bit dubious about it. It was advertised as 50% off on Black Friday..... bit of marketing going on there..... bike arrived very quickly in good condition, very easy to put together. Came with a great wee tool kit and instruction manual. The bike is very sturdy and has massive saddle height adjustment, I'm 6'1" and my partner is 5'3". The bike is very solid., seems very good quality and easy to pedal. I have used some other air bikes and they were very hard to pedal, pulling the legs clean out of you. This bike is alot easier to pedal, which means you can pedal for longer and get a better workout. I can highly recommend the bike, its not top of the range but its not top of the range money either. It has all the features of a top of the range bike except for heart rate monitoring, but that can be added. I haven't read all the instruction booklet yet and think that can be added to the bike display. The bike came down in price after black Friday.... yes you read that right.... maybe they didn't sell enough on black Friday and want to sell a few more by Xmas... who knows.... anyways I complained and they gave me a refund for the difference with no quibbling, which was £45... so I cant grumble at all. All in all a great sturdy very good quality product, specially for the money. Very very good value.

Ordered cast iron plates 150kg set

Fed ex were useless and kept not showing up but I spoke to muscle iq who were helpful and contacted fed ex for me

When the plate arrived a couple had some paint flaking but I genuinely put this down to the handling from fed ex.

Contacted muscle iq and they have sent out replacements.

Over all happy with the product and would say that muscle iq has had the best customer support and easiest to deal with out of the multiple gym equipment companies we have ordered from 👍
