Used muscle meat before and recommended to others. Ribeye steaks were really chewy this time, previously they had been fine. Also had issue that there was a discount code for sirloin steaks which I applied however after checkout there was a pop up to get a lucky dip - worth £22.99 and for £11.99. Unbeknown to me accepting this lucky dip meant the Brazilian sirloin steak discount was removed!! Be careful and aware of their miscommunication and unclear website with discount. They are not transparent!

Ordered meals to try out and my package got delivered to the wrong address to which Muscle Meat helped me in no time and sent a new one, customer support very solid.

As for the products: They're all equally as convenient and good but the pre-made chicken by itself is an absolute recommendation, will order more here!

Good price great taste!

I've bought chicken chunks (paprika chili) from this company several times. Super convenient, super tasty, and it saves a lot of time. The chicken is much tastier than what you can buy in the supermarket. Recently, my chicken was delivered to my neighbors by the (independent) delivery service. Unfortunately, the package had thawed. I reported this via email, and Muscle Meat quickly and neatly handled the issue. A new package was delivered to my door, paid for by Muscle Meat. I can definitely recommend them

That was so bad that it still tasted plastic in my mouth next day, i bought a product in one of Dutch supermarkets and it's just disgusting, dry and bland, chicken tastes as plastic itself, beef tastes to nothing, one more misleading product. Stay away and go for a fresh meal or cook yourself. Chicken peaces in it = you can play tennis with it. 🤮🤮1 of 10

My order was delayed, so I contacted customer support. It turned out that the package had gotten lost, so they sent a new one. When the package arrived, it turned out that I received my entire order twice. I emailed customer service and was allowed to keep both. Although they couldn't figure out what happened, my interaction with customer support was positive.

Awesome company! The delivery service lost my package... When I called musclemeats about this they were very understanding and solved the issue immediately. So great service. I got a new package + something extra. Eventhough it was not their fault. Hope they keep it up like this!

No we are not fake and we've even been in contact with Olivier a few times. We do indeed place negative reviews often because there are a lot of scam companies like yours.

Absolutely the best products I've used so far!
Quality and price are very good, safes me a lot of time that I can spend doing other things, a lot of variety in products and love the different recipes on the website!

I am extremely happy with the quality of the meat they provide. This is why I have been shopping from them for some time.
