I was recommended to Jacob muscle on…

I was recommended to Jacob muscle on the move by a good friend, I first contacted him to get my bloods checked as I’m on trt but still having major issues with heavy bouts of fatigue , when we had our first conversation he came across as very knowledgeable on the trt subject and went into great depth on what may be causing it plus in a simple way sometimes so I could understand 😂 within a few days Jacob had drawn up a 6 week plan to help repair my mitochondria and general wellbeing, there’s so much more he’s done for me well outside what I actually paid for , he’s given me bodybuilding training advice and available supplements worth trying, it would take so long to put everything down in a review why I rate muscle on the move so I’ll finish by saying if you want any help with bloodwork and bodybuilding advice Jacob is your man 100% rate him

A real game changer

Jacob is excellent and has changed the game for me. I came to him for help with some longstanding issues and stalled progress. The consultation was thorough, data driven and granular, it's very clear Jacob knows his stuff (and far more than I do). He was very patient with all my questions, and very flexible in the protocol design which took in to account all of my specific needs & requests. It really saved me so much time and research, as well as taking the guesswork out of everything.

I have since made more progress in a few weeks than I did all last year! Which is quite mind blowing and very satisfying. I feel the fittest I have in a long time. I'm very pleased I got Jacob's help, and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Been working with Jacob for a couple of months now - couldn't rate him high enough. Been very thorough when reviewing my blood tests- made everything easy to understand and answered all my questions (there have been a lot as someone completely new to this). Has helped me put a clear plan together moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone

I was really happy with the blood test…

I was really happy with the blood test review. Jacob took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense, not just throwing numbers at me. He was honest, thorough, and didn’t push anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. It gave me a lot more confidence in understanding my health and managing things properly. Highly recommend if you want a knowledgeable and straightforward review.

Outstanding Bio-Builder experience

I have just completed the Bio-Builder program and am delighted with my results. I can highly recommend it!

I improved all areas of my life holistically in ways I haven’t been able to before. I sleep longer, deeper and better. I actually wake up with energy for the day (which I hadn’t had for 10 years).
I’ve got my biology back on track by sorting the right vitamins and minerals and proteins and hormones (something even my GP wasn’t interested in doing for me).
My blood work went from various red and amber results to entirely green markers within a few months of working with Jacob. This meant I could then get my results in the gym without being exhausted!

Using Jacob’s protocol with his informative and supportive coaching I dropped fat, got leaner and stronger and healthier all without any fuss or much extra effort. Jacob finds ways to tinker with the 1 percent margins of what I was already doing to help find improvements I couldn’t find for myself.

His data analysis, confidentiality and manner are excellent and reliable. I looked forward to his weekly update videos regarding my program and performance.
They were insightful and relevant allowing me to immediate tailor what I was doing in real time day-to-day (as opposed to following a plan for months and reviewing at the end).

An excellent program you can tailor to the results you want. Jacob just gets it.

Have reccomended to all my friends and family already!

You bring the mindset, Jacob brings the muscle!

Results:
Jacob is unbelievably good at what he does and his process works.
As a first time client I was working with him to train for a 1000 mile cycling expedition- training exceeded all my expectations and I exceeded all my goals. I was so pleased with my fitness training results, I have signed up for a second program with him!

About Jacob:
Jacob is trustworthy, knowledgable, and fun to work with. He inspires confidence and is easy to talk to. He understands data and easily translates it into real life - in the kitchen and in the gym.

About his process:
Jacob has created a hollistic data driven process that really works. His videos and reviews are comprehensive and clear. His documents and forms make sense, are quick to fill out and allow him to track your numbers through the process without you having to worry or remember anything.

His workout design was simple, flexible and easy to complete even on a busy week and travelling. He tied in seamlessly with my existing apps and recommended technology (inc smart watches) so he could track my workouts remotely. This meant I often got real time (same day) feedback and could instantly adjust what I was doing as well as add exercises or include different recovery times.

The nutrition plan:
His creativity in creating a nutrition plan that worked for me (and with all the foods I liked) meant I followed it for the entire program. This even included him tailoring it for me so I could stay on track whilst I was travelling, being abroad and Christmas!

Why choose Jacob:
Jacob is someone you can trust with your goals, fears, injuries, nutrition and questions. He provides calm, reassuring and thought provoking guidance and works through everything systematically to ensure your holistic success. He leads by his own example and is humble.

Don’t work with Jacob if:

A proper game changing experience if im honest

Jacob brought me onto his programme to refresh my workout routine and take a look at my nutrition as a whole. We started off by aiming for a slight recomp, so that i could get a hold of my routine nutrition and ramp up my strength training to see gains in muscle size/strength but also lose some body fat.

And to be fair it worked! The new training programme saw me hitting PB's every other week which was a huge motivator and a nice change for someone like me who has trained for 15+ years. Whilst this was happening I was seeing my weight creep down ever so slowly, which was also a good sign because i knew that I must have been growing some muscle.

Jacob has a great understanding of how to take a look at someones lifestyle and build a rock solid training and nutrition programme around them.

His communication style is calm and calculated, check-ins are always really positive. I was constantly throwing curve balls with wanting to change certain elements and quite often travelling or having a hectic schedule, so I really appreciate the patience and resilience there. To be honest it would be great if I could keep Jacob as a full time coach!!!

Moving forward I feel equipped to master my training and nutrition and owe that all to Muscle on the Move

Jacob is a great trainer and more…

Jacob is a great trainer and more importantly a great listener. I started my strength training two years ago with limited knowledge and progress but now with some exceptional guidance I have come along way with Jacob advising me on nutrition and strength training.

Jacob is very insightful, knowledgeable and a great motivator, would definitely recommend as a coach for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

Muscle on the Move has been brilliant

Jacob is a very knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer and his Muscle on the Move programme has really helped me get back in shape. I love the weekly updates and the support and guidance that is shared within those is second to none.

The work outs and meal plans are balanced and well structured and I feel like I can be held to account with the information that is shared through the app, allowing myself to achieve my goals and improve.

Jacob has been incredibly helpful with…

Jacob has been incredibly helpful with sorting out my diet and gym routines.
I have a busy schedule and with my aversion to cooking, was struggling to eat healthy. Jacob gave me some simple yet nutritious recipes that were really tasty and great for lunch on the go.
He also created for me a no-nonsense workout routine, bespoke to the equipment I have available, perfect for my once or twice a week gym visit.
Highly recommended!

Great advice and training ethos

Following Jacob's advice I was able to change up my workouts to do less volume and still get stronger. I now really enjoy my training, doing a 2-day split and fewer sets I can train with more intensity and also spend less time in the gym. I would recommend Muscle On The Move to anyone looking to take their training up a notch or make more efficient use of your time in the gym.

I recently completed a 12-week plan…

I recently completed a 12-week plan with Muscle On The Move and it really helped me with making my workouts more productive, teaching me how to eat enough protein to gain muscle and building my strength. Jacob is really knowledgeable in this area and taught me exactly what needed to be done to hit my physique and fitness goals. I would recommend Jacob at MOTM to anyone who is short on time and want a tried and tested method that works to get strong!

I’ve got abs for the first time in my life

Jacob is an incredible personal trainer. From the start he gave me a new way of training that actually saw me reduce volume but work harder, which I wasn’t used to, but my results were better than I’ve ever achieved on my own or with other personal trainers (I’ve tried two before and had mixed results). Jacob took me through my first ever build phase where I gained 5 kgs, he listened, supported and encouraged me through this process and I felt like he really understood whenever I had a wobble. We then did a cut for 16 weeks and I dropped 4 kgs, maintained lean mass and I finally saw abs for the first time. My whole family were shocked when I attended an event after my cut and I feel better than I ever have. I wear crop tops in the gym and strangers give me compliments in shops! Honestly the best coaching programme ever! I am going to stay with Muscle On The Move for another build and cut and hopefully enter my first show - at 35! Thank you Jacob for changing my life!
