If you are considering to buying home from Muse don't do it

Broken promises, no accountability, and zero communication. Avoid.

We are first-time buyers who purchased a flat at Upper East (developed by Muse Places Limited). From day one, we were verbally assured — repeatedly and explicitly — that a 5% Deposit Boost was automatic for first-time buyers, separate from any other negotiated incentives. When we queried its absence from the Reservation Agreement, the sales agent told us not to worry — it was automatic and didn't need to be written down. We trusted that. A serious mistake.
Eight days before completion, we discovered through our financial statement that the £28,500 had never been allocated. No warning, no communication — just a statement that quietly told a completely different story to everything we had been promised for six months.
When we raised it urgently, a senior sales manager verbally confirmed our position was correct — then called back less than an hour later and denied ever having it.
We have submitted a formal complaint and will be escalating to the New Homes Ombudsman.

If you are considering buying from Muse — get everything in writing. Every single promise. Don't make the same mistake we did.
