This company is a pure scam

This company is a pure scam. They charged my credit card 3 times on the exact same day (March 31st) and kept charging me monthly without my consent. Their password reset system is broken, meaning you get locked out of your account and cannot cancel the subscription. Support refuses to refund even after proof of triple-billing. Stay away!

Regarding this answer below:
Your response is completely false and a blatant attempt to justify unauthorized charges. I NEVER consented to, nor did I purchase, any additional materials on March 31. Furthermore, I never agreed to any recurring subscription or renewal terms. Slapping unexpected fees onto a transaction without explicit, transparent consent constitutes a predatory billing practice (dark patterns).Your claim about sending email communications is entirely untrue. I have never received a single confirmation email, invoice, or newsletter from your company. When I noticed these unauthorized deductions on my bank statement and attempted to log into your platform to investigate, your system failed to send any password recovery emails. I was completely locked out, which proves a total failure in your service delivery and support.Do not label a partial refund as a 'gesture of goodwill' when you have wrongfully taken my money. I demand a FULL and immediate refund of every single cent charged to my account without my authorization.

We would like to clarify that our previous response was not an attempt to justify unauthorized charges. It was a factual explanation based on the checkout flow, the account records, and the information available in our system.

You state that you never agreed to a recurring subscription or renewal terms. However, the subscription terms are shown during the purchase process before payment is completed. The checkout page clearly explains that the introductory price is charged first and that the subscription renews automatically afterward unless canceled. By clicking the purchase button and completing the payment, these terms are accepted.

It is not possible to receive access to the service and activate a subscription without completing the purchase flow. The subscription is created only after the payment process is completed and the terms are accepted during registration.

For this reason, saying that you did not agree to the terms is not the same as saying that the terms were not provided. If the terms were displayed and the purchase was completed, the subscription was created based on that completed action. Not reading or not remembering the terms does not mean that the subscription was created without consent.

Regarding the three charges on March 31, our records show that these were not random charges added without consent. They were connected to the main subscription and additional digital/coaching materials selected during the purchase flow. These additional materials are presented separately, with their own prices, and users have the option to skip them before confirming.

We understand that you now state you did not intend to purchase those materials. However, according to our records, the purchases were completed through the account flow, and the materials were added to your account and made available in the Library.

You also mention that you did not receive confirmation emails, invoices, or other communication from us. Our records show that account and subscription emails were sent to the email address used during registration. If you did not see them in your inbox, this may have been caused by your email provider, spam filters, mailbox settings, or delivery restrictions. The same can also apply to password recovery emails.

Not seeing an email in your inbox does not automatically mean that the email was not sent.

We also want to clarify that your subscription has already been canceled, so no future charges should occur. In addition, we processed a full refund for your latest charge to help resolve the situation.

We understand that you remain dissatisfied, but the facts available to us do not support the claim that the charges were hidden, unauthorized, or added without any action from the account holder. The subscription terms were shown, the renewal conditions were displayed, and the additional materials were presented separately during the purchase process.

We have reviewed your case, canceled the subscription, processed the refund we were able to issue, and taken steps to prevent future billing.
