Unfortunately our courier charges us the same whether they’re delivering locally or nationwide so we sadly cannot offer a concession for local deliveries.
However delivery is free on orders over £180 or better yet pop in a see us when you’re next passing!

Great selection of wines from South Africa, Museum has on offer both the classic examples of good South African wines as well as some up-and-coming producers such as Sam Lambson minimalist range.
Found my experience of ordering online was extremely seamless and received my wine the next day.

Repeated delivery issues
For the second time in a year a delivery has not been progressed with no attempt to contact me until I chased. Funds taken from my account immediately and tracking info sent only to have dates and times changed at very short notice. All blamed on warehouse failures. Very poor monitoring and tracking by team at Museum wines. Avoid unless you are prepared to put major effort into managing your purchase

Considering you have had 17 orders from us over the last three years and only experienced delivery issues on two of those I'd say we're doing a pretty good job. I understand that your order has now been delivered and whilst I agree 10 days from the time of order until delivery is not ideal we're not Amazon Prime and delays are sometimes an unfortunate, and rare, instance.
If you cannot appreciate or be understanding of the fact that once an order is handed to our courier any delays thereafter are somewhat out of our hands then I suggest you follow your own advice and avoid ordering from us ... ever again.
