horrible customer service and scam products

I ordered a plush muskie 2 weeks ago. The ad on Facebook said $10, I was charged $19.99. Then today, my credit card company emailed me about a $42.95 charge, which they denied. They gave me the number to call ( can't find it on any of their sites...they tell you to email questions or complaints) 888-625-8183. I called, and a very cagey woman answered ,wanted to know how I got the number. Said the $42.95 was for a monthly website charge. Which of course, I knew nothing about. She said they will cancel this and refund me. I am hesitant to cancel my card because I have other legitimate monthly charges to this card. But after reading some of these horror stories, I probably should.

I bought two brown otter plushies. They are very cute. I put 3 AAA batteries in the next day. Tested it out. I loved mine. The light was very pretty. Music is soothing. But kind of loud a little. Is there a button for volume? Overall, I would recommend the plushies. Is there a place to put photos and video reviews?

never received package it was delivered to wrong address...contacted them several times got no response...took out more money than they were suppose to. I want a refund..no one is responding to my request

They charge you multiple times. Still haven’t received product. It’s a scam. Avoid

I bought two breathing otters. For one the breathing does not work. It is loud and you can’t just have the breathing sound. The tummy is hard…not nice to cuddle. Very disappointing

Ordered the sleepy otter on 17th September €17.99. On 27th September they took another €40 out of my account tried to contact them got no response. Never recieved the toy

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, every time I chuck on my order there still no tracking # . I have emailed them at least 3x's with no response. I will call my bank tomorrow and stop that payment.... so unfair

FRAUD!!
I was charged twice!! I had to block my card!
I received a lousy product that were not working!!
I asked them why the charged me twice and I receive no reply. Be careful is a FRAUD.

The otter arrived later than expected but we weren't worried. It works fine besides the horrible sound it makes. We thought it would only heat up and make the breathing noise. Later we noticed there's an amount of $42 charged for absolutely no reason. Receiving the money back isn't possible.

I received my 2 plushies, fine. But 10 days later had another unknown payment go out under Welove-cosmetics
And then differing monthly amounts ever since. Currently fighting for a fraud team to take this case at my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE!! Nb first purchase now shows up as the same Welove-cosmetics which it didn't before!

I bought 3 of these for my baby grandkids. 2 of them arrived broken after waiting an obscene amount of time. I put in for refund and was informed after A MONTH that they do not offer refunds only replacements. so I said ok send replacement. then they came back asking for picks and videos..WHICH I HAD ALREADY SENT THEM!!!!! ridiculous. I went on amazon and found better ones.

I authorized a 29.85 payment for 2 breathing otters on 10/07/24. Then on 10/17/24 they took out another payment of 42.95 which I did not authorize. I have call 3 times and they keep telling me that the money will be returned in 3 days. I’m still waiting

The otter looks terrible, plays a aweful music that was not annonced on the product, and they do not answer to emails (tried twice, the first time because they made me pay a speed delivery that I did not select for, the second for the otter that looks awefuk). Scam. To avoid !!

I recieved a bad copy off what I thought was bought.
And it didn’t even work

I ordered the bear it wasn’t up to standard and yes 10 days later they took a so called subscription charge that i didn’t authorise but they did refund my money after 2 months!
The customer support did reply and I did get that money back

Also, I was charged $44 for a subscription I'd apparently made to VIP rewards! What on earth???
Fortunately my bank stopped this.
What a con! Don't do it. Utter crooks

Paid for fast shipping. Kept checking website which depended on the day was either on a "piggie ship" or not shipped. Then I wake up to my back account overdrawn . Called to find out it's a membership. Explained to the guy who answered that my next phone call would be my attorney. They refunded the money and I received the otters the next day

It’s a scam, they randomly charge your account each month for no reason and on top of that you cannot dispute the transactions as they have a proof for your bank you subscribed 🤬
