This is my second dealing with mushroom box, previously purchased blue oyster spawn and I was very happy with how strong the strain is; I've grown it out with no signs of contamination and had a couple of good harvests already.

What I got this time: 60g packs of spawn, yellow oyster and Lions Mane

What went well this time: As always, not a bad range of products, order packing is great with species clearly labelled - dispatch time is A1 and prices (including delivery) are reasonable. Both species of spawn look healthy and well colonised - looking forward to growing them on!

What could have been better: Although functional, the worst part about the website was looking at it, reminds me of 1998. Sure the 90's were awesome, but the web has come a long way. Please give it some love and reflect the image that mushroombox deserves :)

Will I be back: based on service and product quality so far, you bet! Mushroombox is now my go-to

Really prompt delivery, very kind after sales support, received exactly what I needed and they were able to accommodate my needs. The only shame is they don’t delivery to Switzerland so I can only make purchases when I’m in a country that they deliver to.

I was interested in buying a mushroom box and this is the first place that turns up on Google, so should get a lot of traffic. But upon going on the site I found every page where I would put in my details was listed as Not Secure (a big security risk for potential customers! Don't enter your details!), the whole site bounced around because it was not sized properly and, all the text and images were tiny to look at - it's all very off-putting as a potential customer! I tried to contact them to explain the issues with their site, but their Contact Us page asks you to use WhatsApp (What the....?!) and the form on there takes you to a page that says "Whoops! Your session has expired." when you click Send. All in all, it's a very shoddy experience, that screams "unprofessional" or worse "this is a scam". I will be looking elsewhere until they have updated their site and I would recommend others do the same.
